MANAGERMARIELLAISHORRIBLE!!! I sent my kids to the counter to go ask for water. When the kids came back, they said that the staff didnt wanna give them water bec they said that they might just spill the water and get soda instead. They also said that they were alled«devil kids» I asked for the manager and asked if there is any truth to what the kids were saying. I asked if she or her staff called my kids«devil kids.» She told me «No.» Another customer listening to our conversation said«Yes you did call them that! How you gonna lie?!» She is unfit to be a manager and isnt good at leading her team by example! The service is horrible and she should not be in a customer service industry!!! I will report to BK corporate as well!!! She doesnt even deserve one star!!!

The employees here were very rude to my family and could not get our order right. One employee Carolina had such an ignorant attitude and gave very bad customer service. In addition a carrot haired lady had very bad body language and did not look pleasing to the eye as I saw her pink fluffy panties. This made me think my food was unsanitary. Overall there was one nice employee but the rest were ignorant high school dropouts who I see working here for the rest of their lives unless they clean their act up. I would not recommend this place even if they’re just a generic fast food chain. You would think that these impolite children would know better.

horrible drive thru service. When having the order speaker near a parking lot with a revving truck literally behind it, it’s going to be difficult to understand the worker on the other end. So I had to repeat and confirm the order several times just make sure she got it. However, she was being rude and said«ugh, i heard you, anything else?» I literally wanted to cancel my order and drive off however my kids were hungry after school. Drove up and there she was, talking to her other employer about getting a thermometer deep throated into her. WTF? I or my kids dont need to hear that. Horrible service from her. Her name i believe was Alana, Alaine. idk. it started with an AL and shes a red head. I hope Burger King manager you can teach your employees proper customer service etiquette.

Disappointed indeed. Came to BK cause they got the joog chicken nuggets. I get my nuggets and I’m happy guy. Just to find out I was finessed. 3 things wrong here. First of all, I peep the bag. No fucking ranch. I’m heated. 2nd of all, I only got 9 out of the 10. Dope. Lastly, no fucking stick. Thanks BK for piping 3 high ass niggas experience. Don’t think I’ll be back, but I’ll Fasho hit up another BK, cause the nugs were fire. Later.

Waited over 90 minutes for food delivery. They had called after 30 minutes and said 30 minutes more. Now, at 90 minutes still no food. When I called the restaurant the person was extremely rude and just made excuses.

This franchise is located across Union Landing. I go to this place for drive thru. They seem to be faster than the average drive thru, However, make sure to check your order because they have a habit of forgetting things like your side of fries, onion rings and sauces. They are also stingy on ketchups. They give only give like three packets when I had three orders of French fries.

Just went to this Burger King location and had a horrible fast food burger. I don’t expect much from fast food joints but this burger was exceptionally bad. I ordered the A1 Ultimate bacon cheeseburger. The burger was at the bottom of the bag but it looked like it had been smashed with a brick. It was completely flat. It looked horrible and tasted just as bad. I’ve been to this location many times and had decent fast food. This was down right nasty. Never again.

By far the worst Burger King ever. Who closes down that ice cream machines at 10PM next to a movie theater. Every time I go to the drive-through to get me and my daughter a little ice cream cone they tell me is closed down by 10 o’clock so it’s more convenient for them to clean the machine when it’s a slow hour. Why do you advertise you have ice cream if you cant even sell it 24 seven. I mean why don’t you clean the machine at 2AM when it’s a slow hour there. is no slow hour at 10PM by the union city movie theaters. Just lazy ass people that work there that do not want to serve ice cream at night I’m calling the manager in the morning or better yet the district manager.

Sucks, I gave BK another chance because the Buffalo Chicken Fries looked great on commercial. But when i got mine, i open the box and could not see them, i had to look into the box– they were warm(not hot) and shriveled up. My fault, i should have known better. And can they at least smile for 2 minutes.

Im so disappointed with their delivery service. I was home today waiting on an important package to arrive that needed a signature to be delivered. Not wanting to leave the house and miss it, I decided I’d try Burger King’s delivery service. I put the order in, and here I am one hour and 40 minutes later still waiting for my food. I ended up just calling and canceling a few minutes ago as my package just arrived. The young man I spoke to was very nice and cancelled my order and refunded me, but Im frustrated for the waste of time. I live about 3 minutes away, so Im confused as to what took them so long. I will never be using their delivery service again. The driver finally arrived close to two hours later. A little old asian man apologized and told me he was the only driver and was rushing to get me my order in time. I felt bad for having to refuse the food(I already cancelled my order). It really isn’t the driver’s fault, Burger King needs to create a better delivery system, hire more drivers, or at least notify it’s customers when an order will take longer than 60 minutes. I felt bad for the little old man, but I will never use their delivery service again.

Some days, these guys are on the ball. Other days, they can’t get anything right. I can go a really long time having great, fast service where everything goes the way one would expect. Then suddenly a new crew is working or something and I will go 3 – 5 visits where my order will be wrong, an item will be missing, or the food will be cold. It can sometimes be quicker to go into the dining room to get to-go orders rather than wait in the excruciatingly long drive thru line. I can often get in and out with an order before the last car in line gets to the cashier window.

This is the WORSTBURGERKING ever!!! WORSTDELIVERYSERVICE! Gave me wrong order and and when i called at the store they said i should wait another hour and i also been told to just come at the restaurant and DON’T ORDERNEXTTIMEONDELIVERY! Really??! What the heck was wrong with this store?! That’s why i order for delivery bec i dont have transpo and then they’ll tell me to just go to the store to pick up my order and next time just come to the store! It sounds to me like«dont order for delivery!!» And it wasn’t my mistake that YOUGAVEMEWRONGORDER!!! I would never go or order in this store!!! Terrible!!! In short, i got my burgers the next day bec they weren’t able to deliver it to me which is within 2miles only!!!

Really, I order the same simple thing a spicy chicken crisps. It’s just a chicken sandwich with the spicy sauce and they still can’t seem to get it right. I work customer service too and I would notify my customers if something was missing… INSTEAD, two day in a row I would get the these sandwiches with no sauce. JUSTTELLME I WOULDBECOOLWITHIT… Instead, I get half assed work. I understand how hard a drive through is, I’ve been there, but come on this is just lazy lazy lazy lazy lazy… Manager get it together, and workers please start trying to give a fuck. It takes 2 seconds to check the back or to tell a customer if something is wrong. In fact, let me add this, a lot of customers who pass by have also or still work some kinda customer service. We get it, but seriously 2 days in a row with the same !@#$ up. I’m done with this BK.

I eat breakfast here probably once a week and they ALWAYS forget my tater tots. No matter who’s working. The back prepares it. It’s just the person pulling the order never put it on my tray. It’s gotten to where I’ll automatically ask for it before sitting down now. And I think it’s funny that fast food workers are actually on strike at this moment demanding 15 dollars an hour minimum wage with Union benefits. Lol ah America.

I heard about Burger King’s delivery service, and at the address I was at it was available. So we looked through the online menu and made our choices. Their web page easily lets you customize what you want on your burgers and sandwiches, and tracks the status of your order. It didn’t take long for the order to move from the kitchen to en route. The total time from web order to delivery was 29 minutes, and I am about a fifteen minute drive from the location in Union City it was dispatched from, so it was quick. The whoppers arrived in divided plastic containers that separated the top half(top bun, lettuce and tomatoes) from the bottom half(onions, ketchup, pickles, beef and bottom bun). All of the food was fresh, and tasted as good as if we had went to BK in person. There was a $ 2.00 delivery charge, plus tip. Nevertheless I recommend this service, and would use it again.
