Not even worth one star Worst costumer service cant even take a order the right way i dont eat pork and asked for big platter with no sausage they overcharged gave us wrong order and also put sausage on what i ordered DONT GO HERE

Long ass wait always even if it’s half empty. They rarely clean tables and wheel out the trash through the restaurant not just once I seen it several times. I’m positive they’re breaking some sort of laws with the health department.

My daughter and I stopped by this McDonald’s in Walmart for a «quick» bite while out running earns. I had my daughter sit at a table which there were plenty to choose from. It was not that busy during the time we were here. I had one person in front of me so my order went in pretty quick. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget, 1-​large fry, 2-​large drinks and asked for plain honey for the nuggets. Once I got my receipt at 15:25, I was number 258. I literally had to wait 18 minuets before I had my food in my hand at 15:43! This McDonald’s is inside Walmart and there is no drive-​thru so I don’t know what the problem really was except I watched one employee cook the chicken nuggets. Then I saw the manager cook the fry’s after the nuggets had already been done for a while. The manager a female, did not offer any compensation for the very inexcusable agonizing long wait. After I finally got my tray with the food. One of the male employee’s said he was very sorry for the wait. I snapped at the manager that she should offer us something in compensation for having to wait 18 minutes for our food. I stated how long we had to wait about 3 times. Then as I was walking away she choose to try to say something to me, at that point I was so so very angry that I just could not talk to this person any longer. Still no compensation for the INEXCUSABLE treatment or wait. The manager made NO attempt to come to our table to talk to me AT ALL! What kind of customer service training is the policy for McDonald’s managers I ask? I WILL NOT be back to this McDonald’s ever again. There is one about a half a mile over near Target so i will go there. Very disappointed in the treatment and SERVICE at this one. I say AVOID EATING HERE IF ANYWAY POSSIBLE! So so done! I’ll give it 2 stars bc the Mexican ladies are nice BUT the black light skinned black girl WOW! So rude! Her life is miserable because she’s working night shift. So over this place.

Service could be a little less retardo.
All we wanted was a coffee.
One lady in particular working the register this morning took our order and then preceded to help 3 – 4 people after us.
One after another, they got their food and drinks while we continued to wait.
Finally, we went to the line to ask what was taking so long since everyone else had come and gone, and apparently, the old timer working the register had forgotten about us or was completely oblivious to the fact we were sitting there waiting.
And instead of correcting the situation, all they do is give us a refund and no drink. WTF is that besides 15 minutes wasted. Anyone else would have comped the drink and given you your money back as well.
A poorly run, poorly managed business which we will not go back to again.

This is just so terrible it’s ridiculous she made us look stupid infornt of everyone «public humiliation» I’m soo mad it’s so bad I hope she gets hired!

It’s a McDonalds that’s open 24 hours. What more could I ask for? Service has always been top notch, but I’ve only ever been here at 3am or later. I guess

I have been an avid & loyal McDonald’s customer for the past 20 years; I have to say this is the worst McDonalds that I’ve ever been to. I went in at 10:40AM to order two medium fries and a double cheeseburger. The cashier alerted me that lunch is served at 11o’clock, so I retracted my double cheeseburger & swapped it for chicken nuggets (chicken nuggets & fries are served all day). She said there were only enough french fries for one of those orders & they were completely out of chicken nuggets. Confused at what kind of establishment they were running I quickly ordered an egg mcmuffin meal before she could tell me they didn’t serve breakfast anymore. Low and behold, they were completely out of egg mcmuffins. WHAT DO YOU SERVE!?! BESIDES BROKEN PROMISES AND AN EMPTY STOMACH!!! I fought hot tears as I stumbled from those beautiful golden arches as I felt my back being stabbed by the ever so cheerful Ronald McDonald. I will give this McDonalds a 1 star because I have faith that one day they will restore their good name & be in my good graces.

Yeah, no! This is the worst McDonalds ever!!! I usually don’t write about fast food but my God. First off it was slow as hell, people were all over waiting for their orders and mind you this is 3am. They did not have milkshakes, Hi-​C orange, pies or half of anything else we wanted. My friend finally frustrated asked the cashier «Well you tell me what you DO have» We got those chicken bite things and some fries both were horrible! Total grease!!! Ewwwww Also obnoxious people in there customers and employees. Over It!!!

This McDonald’s is located inside the Union City Wal*Mart, which are both open 24 hours for our convince! The Wal*Mart is extremely busy, so the McDonald’s is also extremely busy. The workers do there best to provide great service and fast food to all of there customers. People rate this McDonald’s low because it is located inside the Union City Wal*Mart, which is very busy and crowded. 20 pieces of Chicken Nuggets for only $ 4.99 WOW! A Hot Fudge Sundae & Apple Turnover’s/Pie’s for only $ 1 WOW. An Oreo McFlurry for like $ 2.78, yummy! Overall it’s simply a regular McDonald’s with tons and tons of business everyday! Open 24 hours, daily.

So, here’s their logic based on a conversation held with the cashier:
Friend: Hi, can I get a 20 pc. chicken McNugget?
Cashier: What kind of sauce you want with that?
Friend: Sweet and sour. Can I get 4?
Cashier: You can only get 2.
Friend: *with a bewildered look* What if I order another 10 pc.
Cashier: You only get 2. It’s 25 cents for extra.
Friend: Forget it. I don’t even want the sauce.
5 minutes later, picks up food. The person packing the oh so familiar McDonald paper bag looks at my friend and says: What kind of sauce?
Friend: Man, if you’re only gonna give me 2 then forget it.
Person helping: How many do you want?
Friend: 4
Person helping throws in 4.
Had that kid not done what he did by giving a customer what he wanted in condiments, this review would have resulted in a 1 star, if that.

Oh man this is the worst McDonalds ever. And yes, its because its in Walmart, and Walmart is terrible. Ever been to Walmart? Do you want to see the worst people in Union City? Then go to Walmart.
Well back to the McDonalds here, the restaurant itself does not make the surroundings any better. Last I checked, the Ronald McDonald statue didn’t even have any feet. They were broken off. Someone stole his damn feet. Does that tell you anything about the location you’re at?
It would all be alright though, if the food was good, but no. A few drops of mayo on the McChickens? Soggy fries? Ughh I’ll pass. Bad food, even by McDonalds standards. The really bad part about this place is that since its so small, you can actually see where they cook they cook the food and how unclean and unappetizing it is.
And like hella other people here are saying, the workers don’t even speak English. It’s like the only English they know is what they can read off the McDonalds menu. I often have to communicate via a series of finger motions and grunts. Caveman status thats whats up.
So I’d pass on this McDonalds if I had the choice. I’d rather go to one of the better food places in Union Landing. Or maybe starve.

Service was pretty fast. Staff not very friendly. Flies around the tables. Tables were not clean either.

1^st thing, the lady misunderstood my order and added an extra meal which I was unaware about.
2^nd thing, I didn’t understand the monopoly game piece; I didn’t know that when someone wins like a burger or something, they’d have to wait 2 hours in order to get it. So basically you have to go to another McDonalds if you don’t want to wait for 2 hours :(
last thing: the Mexican ladies in the back are rude, especially to the Filipino lady working in the front cash register.
I did not appreciate them being rude to her, and me when I didn’t understand the monopoly game.
*PS* This McDonald’s is filthy… they should have remodeled this place too if they remodeled Walmart.

While shopping at the Wal-​mart, my son wanted to get a sandwich at the McDonald’s located within the store. I obligated him by going to this McDonald’s. I knew it wasn’t going to be good eating there with all the noise of the shopper running around just beyond the tables — this location was poorly designed!
After ordering my son’s meal, it took them quite-​a-​while to deliver a sandwich and fries from the smallest kitchen I have seen at a McDonald’s. Getting the drinks was not great because the soda fountain area was a little messy, and the tables at this location could use some cleaning.
What really got me upset after sitting down was a man going around the tables, including ours, talking non-​sense to everyone. I can not believe the management of this McDonald’s just let him bother all of the patrons trying to get something to eat in peace!
I guess that my son will just hold his hunger, or go to this Wal-​mart on a full stomach, in the future!

This has to be the worst of all McDonalds. Why they chose to put people that don’t speak well English on the microphone. You have to really check all bags before driving away because 99% of the time they will forget something.
