If I could give no star I would. I have now been sitting In the drive through for 35 minutes and have not ordered yet. I cant move because I have people behind me.

So far this review is only for their service and their ice cream cones. The one near my place doesn’t make good ice cream (it melts by the time they hand me the ice cream). So I go all the way here to grab some ice creams when I crave for it. They stack it nicely (thank you) so I wouldn’t feel like I am paying too much for too little ice cream. It doesn’t melt that fast and it is one of best ones I had. I have been there between 5 – 10 times just for their ice cream cones so far because I like it that much there. If I am paying for it, I like to be satisfied with my order. Hopefully they keep up this for long time since I am big fan of their cone. And they are fast and short line in drive through.

Used to be good… Been going here for years. Last couple of years they raised there prices several times. Now it’s $ 6.37 for egg mcmuffen meal. I can get twice as much food at Jack in the Box for $ 5.60 for ultimate breakfast meal! The girls used to be on top of things here. There are a few here that still work hard. The past few months service has been real slow. Especially through the drive thru. Today my coffee was cold… I’m gona have ta say goodbye after literally going here for 15 years… that’s a lot of money… Jack in the Box now has a new customer.

Mcpick $ 2 for 2 is $ 2.50.False advertisement. The cashier said their system had it that way and nothing he could do.

Seriously?! I went to this one because the other one near us is terrible. I drove out of my way for lousy service. There wasn’t one person in this location that wanted to be there. He pushed us through our order at the drivethrough. Didn’t ask us if we wanted anything else just, our price and then the mic was off. Get to the window and he has this look of disgust on his face when I ask him of they had any milkshakes or frapes with Oreo in them. He lied to us as he mumbled no all we have is vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry. He didntngive the card reader enough time to go through and as it was approving he told us it was declined then he was like, «you have another one» and a few seconds later, «oh it went through.» Then he closed the window and we went to the next window to get our food. This one, I assume is the manager. He gave us our food and before we had it in the car, he closed the window and was no where to be found. We waited because I wanted ketchup and straws for our drinks… I’m done. Now there aren’t any McDonald’s in my area that I care to eat at.

If I could leave 0 I would. Waited in the drive through, was told while ordering that they only accept cash. I had to wait in line 10 mins to hear this information, then back out of the drive through to avoid wasting any more of my lunch break. Good thing I was last in line. This could have been avoided by putting up a sign.

Slow and dirty. Drive thru takes forever! Trash everywhere. Always tons of potential business but never enough staff to get the job done. So sad. Road sign and roof beam lights not working. I would be ashamed to say I owned this location!

Ignore the bad reviews, this is actually great service for a fast food place. Drive thru gets the job done as well! Love this place

If only you could give a review of zero stars. Waited in line for 30 minutes and couldn’t leave since the drive thru locks you in with its long curbside. Find ended up being cold and coffee tasted extremely bitter. Can’t say I’ll be stopping here any time soon.

Just go on different location, this place is horrible .poor customer service, the guy who gets our order at drive thru is very rude, no greetings or thank u .and then when I told him I want to order more he’s like «what»? Will never go to this place again.

The best customer service I ever received at any Mc’Donald’s. I got lucky in drive thru a few times… quick and my CORRECT order. For a fast food place, it’s not too bad. Ive been to worst lol

I wish I could give this location no stars. The employees are always engaged in personal conversation, instead of taking orders. they would rather speak to each other. Very unprofessional, the orders are always wrong and cold. The only perk about this place is the location and they serve hot cakes all day.

One of the most unprofessionally run McDonalds I have ever been to. Im pretty sure I heard the «F» word at least 3 times. Not to mention the stares and dirty looks from the staff… Or telling associates what the customer «needs» to do while im standing right there. Completely distasteful. I would say every person who is working today should be talked to about what is and is not appropriate behavior and language in front of paying customers.
Im only picking one star because I have to pick a star to move on. In my opinion they deserve zero stars

Worst McDonald’s ever always mess up your order no customer service food is poor staff are rude hate this place

Terrible experience at this location, from the person who took the order to the cold and incorrect order I received. Never again.

Mcdonald’s is huge and 24 hours here. for some reason, only one cashier working. everyone else is backup.

It says it’s a «24÷7» McDonalds but it’s not true. A couple of times I went to their drive thru at 230am (I work at 4am) and the drive thru was so dark so from far away it looks like the locations is closed for business. Anyways, I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for someone to ask for my order but no one took it. I drove up to the 2^nd window to see if there are anyone inside and surely there were people in there but just too busy to take my order so I just left. This happened twice!
Why advertise «24÷7» McDonalds when it’s not really open ²⁴⁄₇? Horrible customer service! Waste of time!

They need to really fix their drive thru speakers. We’ve been getting the wrong orders and the workers can barely understand what you said. So you might wanna check your bag before you leave. Majority of the time when I ask for a unsweetened iced tea, they give a sweet tea instead. I guess I gotta take a sip before I drive off.

Horrible customer service. All I did was ask her to sweet-​and-​sour sauce and he asked me to give them $.25 I turned around to grab my money turned around to him and he was gone when I asked the lady for sweet-​and-​sour sauce she gave it to me it was the manager there my order was also incorrect I ordered extra onions and no pickles nothing happened what a horrible manager if there was a zero star I would give them that

I’m not one to frequent McDonalds but when I do like an Egg White Delight McMuffin in the morning. 2 days in a row now they screwed up my order. All I’m ordering is the muffin and a parfait with a sub on the muffins Canadian bacon for regular bacon. Yesterday I got Canadian bacon and today no bacon!
I checked the screen and my order was correct now the balls in your court McDonalds.
On a side note they need to learn to shut off that stupid triggered recorded drive-​thru message asking if I’d like to try a «20 piece Chicken Nugget» at 6am when they don’t even offer them.
