Very slow service. I’ve waited in the drive-thru for a good 10 mins before I even was able to take my order. Not very pleased.

Since I have so much extra time while I wait in the drive thru line, I figured I’d actually take the time to post. I’ve been to this BK3 times in the last year. Every time I come I use the drive thru. Every single time the wait is at least 10 mins per car. I’ve been trapped in this line for over 20 minutes AGAIN! I will not wait here again, so I thought I’d share with others in case they time is also important to them. As far as food quality goes, it’s fine considering its fast-food. So as expected.

Just as the others said, very slow poor service. One of the worst of local fast food, my order is usually wrong too. I don’t really bother anymore

This is the slowest fast food place in the state of Michigan. You’d have better luck getting a pizza from Hungry Howie’s. Or going to Arby’s, Wendy’s, McDonald’s… really anywhere else within a mile of this place. But sometimes, my mom insists that she wants a whopper, so I gotta go and wait 15 minutes for a whopper. I really don’t know why this place is so slow all the time. At least I have my cell phone to entertain me while I’m waiting in the drive through.
