The girl there does my eyebrows good but they’re rude. I just walked in there and the workers just looked at me and didn’t even greet me, didn’t ask what I want or anything just stared at me. I left and went across the street to the other nail salon. I never been treated like that at a nail salon before. It’s a part of their job they can quit if they’re unhappy. I will not be coming back here.

Tony and Vivian are my go-​tos for Gel manis, pedis and eyebrow waxing. It’s a small place, so of course there’s usually a wait. They’re upfront with you on how long the wait will be when you walk in so if you don’t want to wait … Simply go elsewhere.

I arrived at this nail salon today at 2:30pm and was told it would be an hour wait. I told the male tech. I would be back in 1 hour. I live 5 minutes away. When I arrived back at the nail salon a female nail tech said they were closed. I explained that I was told I could come back in an hour. He said no «mommy» that was at 2pm. So not only are they rude but they also have no business manners and my money does not need to be spent there. There is no need for me to ever go there again.

The service was very poor. The employees, including the manager, had no regard for inconveniencing their customers and expressed poor attitude. In addition, my nails were sloppy and rushed because there were only 2 people doing nails on a Saturday. DO NOT COME HERE if you are on a tight schedule and enjoy polite customer care.
