1003 Nails

Very unhappy with my nails and terrible service. Place is very dirty. Dust and broken nails everywhere. My nails chipped 2 times within 2 days of getting manicure. I have a feeling they cheap out on product or dilute them or something. I get gel manicures with French airbrush all of the time and never have a problem. They have absolutely no customer service and didn’t even put lotion on my hands after manicure. There regulars were tipping less then 15% so that may be why they don’t try to go all out but they would have earned my business had the service been good. My nails looked good after but they just couldn’t stay and not chip. I ended up going on vacation and having chipped and broken nails on almost every nail. This has NEVER happened to me ever! Only thing I can think of is product is either cheap or diluted.

WORST PLACE EVER! Let me just start by saying that this was my first time here. I gave it a shot because of all the good reviews. Unfortunately, You get what you pay for! I made an appt for a SPA pedicure and a gel manicure. I got there on time and I had to wait 30 minutes for the nail technician to get here to do my pedicure. I thought she knew I was getting a spa pedicure because I made an appointment for it but I guess she didn’t.
Oh and BTW since there were good reviews about tony and Cindy, I made an appt with Cindy. Since it was my first time there I didn’t know who was Cindy. Anyways long story short, I waited 30 minutes for another girl to do my toes and nails. I was frustrated that she didn’t know what the steps were to do a correct gel manicure. There was NO TOP COAT. My nails and cuticles looked worse after she «cleaned» them. The polish kept lifting and making bubble and the nerve for her to ask if I liked them. UHHH, NO? I told her to take them off.
I will never be back here again. Like I said you get what you pay for. Worst experience. No wonder it was empty.

I’ve been going to 1003 for years and I love them. They do what you ask AND they do free hand designs AND airbrush. Not many places do airbrush anymore. Cindy and Tony are great and I highly recommend :-)

I have been going to this place for years now. Family owned and great attitude. They are clean and do a great job. I live in NY and I wait to get my nails done til I get to NJ. I always get compliments on my nails when I get back to NY. By far the best nail Salon I have ever been to. Well work the trip to NJ.
