Edible Arrangements

The very worst customer service and quality ever! They should be ashamed to even be having the company’s name! Maria the incompetent fruit dipper that comes at customers aggressively and scorning paying customers when all they ask is what the rightfully deserved after paying for their arrangement! I ordered my sister an arrangement and it arrived spoiled! (So much for a bday surprise) & when she asked for them to replace the arrangement she has Maria coming at her in a violent and disrespectful manner and even insulted my sister! Then she finally gets the 2^nd arrangement and it was even worst than the first one! Nor was it even the same size and product I paid for! I discourage people to even consider this joke of a franchisee! You will not only be given rotten fruit but insulted and spoken poorly about when you demand what you paid for!

Not a fan. The woman taking my order was rude and nasty. I never went back, if I knew there was a another location I would have gone there.

I called for a last minute /​same day deliverable and the woman helping me was very accommodating (despite it being 4:00 local time) and was able to help out with the order. Anyone who has seen or received Edible Arrangements knows the quality is also there!
