In Spring of 2013, G.A. Jorgensen painted our parking lot. A few months later, paint began to chip away. They begrudgingly returned and repaired the chipped areas. Now, the paint on a few of the numbers has completely chipped off. G.A. Jorgensen was our lowest bid and our job was obviously small potatoes for this company. Still, you would think they’d stand behind their work, no matter how small. We’ve been met with attitude when we call and long wait times, even with the amazing weather we’ve had in the Puget Sound area this summer. Now we are faced with having to buy our own paint and stencils and painstakingly go over the work we paid G.A. Jorgensen to do. We were never given instructions to pressure wash our pavement, to prepare it in any way before the painting. C’mon folks, there MUST be better companies out there. Case in point, never go with the cheapest bid!
