Great Customer service!!! I was looking for a specific compact fridge which they didn’t have in stock at the time. Salesman Jason was able to find it and have it delivered to the store for me. I ordered the fridge on a Saturday and store Manager Rob. G assured me that it would be there the by Monday. I received my fridge as promised. That’s what I call customer service !!!

Needed to build out the man cave with home theater equipment, walked in here not expecting a huge selection or premium gear, was PLEASANTLY surprised. It’s one t hing to do your research online, but totally another to actually see the equipment and talk to folks who are real audiophiles and know their stuff. Didn’t have any reason to complete my purchase online as they are BETTER priced. There is a lot of competition out there, not many can actually sound educated on their products and actually care about their customers getting the right product rather then making a quick buck. These folks get it. I will be coming back here for my kitchen appliances, they have earned my business.

My boyfriends parents bought an A/​C at a Queens location of PC Richards. They said it was too small for their windows but they no longer had the box so they gave it to us. We brought it home and it just wasn’t doing the job so we took the receipt and brought it to this location to try and swap it for something with more oomph. I fully went in thinking we’d have to argue bc we didn’t have the box it came in and that we’d probably end up leaving angry. It was the complete opposite. A man greeted us a the door as soon as we walked in. We told him what was wrong. He quickly took us somewhere to plug it in to see if there was something wrong with it (apparently the compressor was no good). He told us he would gladly let us exchange it and so we upgraded. No questions asked at all.
He even extended the 10% discount the other store gave bf’s parents.
In the past I had always gone to PC Richards to buy TV’s and electronics because the service was always top notch. I will definitely be back to make any other necessary purchases.
And this place is shaped like a giant boat in the middle of the hell-​road of rt 22. You cannot miss it.

The only reason why I have them one star was because they didn’t have a negative star to give. Smh! The service from this store is unreal; rude customer services and they make you wait when they aren’t helping anyone. I have been to other PC Richards and Son and never have I gotten this kind of service.

Went in looking for something specific got great help very courteous people that work there have everything that I need have no reason to go anywhere else

I was looking for appliance and they have a great selection of appliance on the 2^nd floor of this place, they actually carry some high end appliances as well. their prices are pretty good.
They only had one salesman on the floor and he was with someone the entire time I was there, but as I was leaving he ran over and asked me if I needed help. He was very helpful and polite.
I will be going back with my girlfriend to see if they have anything we can get for our new place.
