Pizza Hut

I order online for future pickup when I went to pickup pizza not been ready because the issue they don’t know how I’m going to pay cash or credit. if I need pizza at that time so I have to wait another 30 minutes which will be the waisting time.

Im a pretty big Pizza Hut guy if I may say. Ive been going here for years and it only has dissapointed me one or two times. The service is very good and the waiter i have is always funny. The only bad things was the garlic bread which was actually warmed up texas toast. Just don’t get the garlic but get anything else and you will enjoy.

Friendly service, fast food, cute candy bowl for Halloween in front. Server let us know of deals. Bathrooms needed cleaning, but food was delicious

Place is OK but needs to be cleaner not a lot of peoplemaybe it’s because it’s Tuesday I’ll try one more time next week

Service is slow from the time you get seated and finally get your food. Need time if you’re going to come here.

Just ordered a pizza for pick up… got home its raw have to heat it up in my oven… place sucks never again .I always give them another chance but they always screw up I’m done with pizza hut

Avoid this dirty, ghetto place… can’t believe the Pizza Hut franchise allowed this place to get like this…

Please put the wings back!!! The are not as awesome as they once were smh. But they are wings not the less. :/​Pizza hit no longer backs the wings but the are fried or somthing like that the waitress said. Anytime people order something and the establishment has to make a disclaimer about the taste of the product not being as liked or as good as it was previously, they probably should remove the product or change it back! Shame on you pizza hut! Shame on you!

Wow I never thought a pizza place could be bad. Worst experience ever, service sucked and we were one of two tables. My niece found a hair in her pizza. Never will we visit here again.

I have yet to give a 1 star… until now. Restaurant was ¹⁄₃ full, if that. 20 minutes to get a waitress, when she did come, she was indifferent. Not just indifferent to us, but indifferent to life. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks before we decided to up and leave.
I will be filing a formal complaint in the morning.

This place is pretty bad. It looks nice which why I decided to go in but as the old saying goes «looks can be deceiving». The service was just above non existent. The server did not get us our drinks for 15 minutes and only after I got up to ask about them. It took 30 minutes to get a personal pan pizza. The servers and the manager sat around and talked while our pizza, which was not brought to our table, got cold at the end of the oven. Another bad experience at Pizza Hut. When will I learn?

It’s Pizza Hut that you can sit down and eat … if you expect more you will be disappointed. While inexpensive I would stay away from the buffet … you get what you pay for …

This Pizza Hut is sooo dirty & service is very slow. Many times when I ordered a personal pizza the waitress would tell me they are out of personals. WHAT??? You are a pizza place. Where do you get the pizza from. I guess the stuff is frozen. Yuck!!! I only go there because my daughter likes it (so i give in to please her).

Horrible buffet. Just two cheese pizzas (look for the pic) for a very long time for a fairly crowded room. I’m not sure that’s the true meaning of the word buffet. The pasta was gone before we got here as were the breadsticks. My boys had the pizza sliders and each slider had a giant bubble that they had to eat around. The waitress is annoyed that we’re even here. This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I’ve uploaded pics somewhere on Unilocal for each of these.

This was my first Pizza Hut restaurant experience. My boyfriend has been talking about taking me to a Pizza Hut restaurant at some point so we decided to give it a shot for dinner last weekend. The restaurant has this really old smell to it, like an old library. The décor and seating were simple.
We decided to stick with a dinner special that consisted of side salads, a pizza, dessert, and bread sticks. I was excited about the salad because they have a salad bar and I’m starting to love salads more and more. So for bread sticks, we wanted to try the cheese sticks. Our waitress brought out bread sticks that had a unappealing smell to it and I thought it was the cheese sticks until she said she made a mistake and brought out our actual basket of cheese sticks. It was odd that we had two bread sticks baskets.
We ordered a supreme pizza that included peppers, chicken, mushroom, onions, and alfredo sauce. We were so stuffed with the bread sticks that we didn’t exactly finish the pizza so we saved it and brought it home. We couldn’t even get to the dessert which wasn’t great tasting actually.
I think Pizza Hut is better to enjoy at home. The restaurant experience was alright, but I wasn’t too happy with the two bread baskets and the kind of pizza we got.
