Pizza Hut

So we’re spending the first friday night in at a friend’s new apt. We haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while and had a sudden craving for it. We were sold by the website to get the bacon cheese stuffed pizza. What a mistake that was! My favorite thing about Pizza Hut has always been its sauce and the sauce was close to nonexistent in this pizza. It was basically a soggy thin crust pizza that was mostly cheese and dough. Then to add to this the stuffed crust fell short of expectations. The bacon was much too overpowering and tasted like imitation bacon bits and the cheese did not have that provolone, Parmesan taste I’m used to in the stuffed crust pizza. I still give Pizza Hut a benefit of the doubt, just not at this location.

Received the worst pizza ever made by anyone EVER. I wish I read all these reviews before I ordered. They need to just close up shop. Horrible food. Sloppy presentation.

It’s been two hours since I ordered my breadsticks. Just received a phone call from the driver telling me to expect him in 15 minutes. I know it’s going to be cold. I know it’s going to be another 20 minutes of waiting on hold to get a refund for my cold, two hour old bread.

I wish I could give it negative stars. this place is nasty beyond understanding. I normally don’t order from pizza hut because I’m just not a fan of their pizza or wings how ever I must admit the garlic knots bread pizza made me want to try it again… so on Valentine’s day 2016 (yesterday) we ordered from this location. When we first got it we realized the pizza looked both at all like it did on t.v. at most it have 5 or 6 knots on it. Which it’s super pathetic to only put or 6 om a large pizza but he ate it. It was slightly cold. But do to the below temperature we thought it was from that…
No to my point. as we ate the pizza my son went to grab another slice. When he moved it I saw something move. there was a maggot in the pizza. I called the store just to get yelled at and told I was a lier. so I went into the store. after being greeted by a rude lady that called herself the manger he first words where «you are lying there isn’t a maggot in there» and so I opened the box for her to see. she then said the over was over 400 degrees and it’s not possible… I was told I was going to get a call from her boss and still no call… this place it horrible. Since high school I tried very hard not to order from here because even in high school everyone knew this place was nasty. When I walked in she was making a pizza with no gloves. this place is so nasty but to see bugs in my food is a very low. please if you read this NEVER buy from here. who knows what else you will find.

I called to order my pizza so my wait time would be less, the girl that answered the phone was abrupt and a little cold. I asked about the $ 5 special and she said it was online only and hung up. I was turned off and was going to go elsewhere but since I had to drive pass opted to stop anyway. I was greeted by a young black man with black hair with a blond top, he was very friendly and informative about the menu. He even kept me updated on the progress of my food while I waited. I appreciate his customer service, it truly turned around my feelings about the location somewhat.

They will deliver very late if at all, it will be garbage, and they will not come to your door and ring the bell. They call you on the phone from your driveway, and if they have the wrong number or you don’t answer, they will not bother taking 15 seconds to get out of the car and ring your bell. If you paid with a credit card they have your money and your pizza. My guess is the delivery driver throws your pizza in the garbage (which is where it belongs).
They do not care about customers at all and do not want your business. This place should be shut down by headquarters immediately and revoke their franchise card! Every time I make the mistake of giving them another chance, they always confirm to me why I vowed not to order from them again. Trust me and do not suffer unnecessarily. Just look at the angry, irate reviews going back 2 years. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED BY US ALL!!!

Horrible customer service. Wanted to do delivery, but the girl who picked up said they don’t do delivery anymore. So i drove over for a carry out order. Once i got there, i see the employees putting pizza in delivery bags and taking them out back.
Unsanitary — never once wore gloves while handling meats & veggies. Can’t cut the pizza right. My breadsticks were all mushed and broken apart (seems like a bad job taking them off the pan).

I ordered pizza from here over an hour ago and am still waiting. I called the store thirty minutes ago and the woman on the phone said it would arrive any minute now. I’m never going to be ordering from here again. Pizza shouldn’t take 1.5 hours to arrive.

Wow. Such poor customer service. I ordered via mobile which somehow malfunctioned. So my 5 topping pizza became a ZERO topping pizza.
When I contacted the manager, Ciara Barlow, she refused to take back the pizza, correct my order, or refund the money that I paid. Additionally, she was quite rude.
I will never again order from here.

Good news: I got my Meat Lover’s pizza. Bad news: I regret ordering it.
While I hate to say it, «reheated garbage» (as another reviewer mentioned), is accurate. I ordered online to save me some time. I was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes; however, I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes inside.
I received my pizza, which was supposedly kept «warm» in the metal shelf/​container they have in the back. Take a bite, however, and all you will taste is borderline cold and chewy pizza dough. I was hoping for at least a ladle of sauce. Nope, I got a paint brush swipe of it instead. Cheese – what’s that? Apparently no one here knows what that is, either. There was a scant amount of cheese and meat. I know it’s Pizza Hut, but damn, this was terrible.
Overall, I got a pizza that was cold, drier than California, and tasted as if all I ordered was plain pizza dough. I’ll stick with the local places.

Ordered a crispy thin crust pie because a I was craving one but wasn’t sure who made them.
Well, NOTHING was crispy about it. Tasted and felt reheated for sure. The crust tasted like stale bread. Originally came on here just to see their rating. No surprise here!

I have never… been more hateful, angry, vengeful than tonight.
We had the urge for SHIT pizza so we ordered from Pizza Hut on Stuyvesant online. After 40 minutes, we give it another 20 mins. After 1.5 hours I finally call. Lakeisha Taiesha tells me the food is in the car on its way. Another 20 minutes she hangs up in me twice. I call from a different number and she now says my debit card is no good. Hey fuck nuts, today’s Fridays Ana guess what??? There’s more money than your life is worth in the account. Don’t fuck with me.
If you ever order from this Pizza Hut you are going to get shit on. I NEVER get angry about food but this store I could see why someone would go postal on! Now it’s 1015pm and I can’t order from the actual good local Union businesses that serve their customers Ana care about their business.

I’ve never had such consistently cold and late pizza in my entire life. WHYYYYYYY can’t I order from another store :(

Place is terrible. Bad customer service. They messed up my order and gave me a attitude when i called them. On top of that they took over a hour to send the correct items. So took over 2 hours to get all my crappy food

this pizza hut is by far the worst pizza hut i have ever in my whole life of living ordered from! not only are they slow as snails and (snails) maybe even faster than them they aren’t apologetic at all for having you wait so long! i ordered my 1 pie and wings at 1:58 p. m and it is now 3:54 p. m and still no delivery! if your feeling like pizza don’t order from here you’ll die from hunger before it arrives!

This Pizza Hut sucks! Not only were the employees rude, unpleasant, and non –friendly over the phone. They screwed up our order (which was basic and not complicated). And when I went there to pick it up the tall guy was also unpleasant. I have visited other Pizza Huts and this one by FAR WAS THE WORST!!!
The pizza was undercooked and greasy, I ordered wings which wer just ok. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN! (This is the 3^rd time I ordered from here because I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) I only gave it 1 star due to the fact I couldn’t give it negative stars! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

please do not even set foot in this establishment– the service crew are rude — forget calling corporate they are going to buy you off with a store credit– poor management from regional manager to service crew– it reflects here — if there was a zero rating i would give this franchise a negative 100. i switched to other pizza stores that values my time and my business, and you should too. they should opt to just close this branch out —

Have ordered from here for delivery about 3 times already. The first time, we didnt notice a difference. The 2^nd time my family wasn’t happy with it either. I just ordered from here again last night and my family and I were definitely not happy with the pizza. It’s very different from other Pizza Hut establishments I have ordered from or eaten at.
We ordered the super supreme pan pizza. And it was undercooked, the crust was falling apart. I should’ve taken a picture of it but I threw it out before I could even do that. Also ordered another pie, a pepperoni & sausage stuffed crust pizza. That was the opposite, it was overcooked. The rest of our order, the wings and breadsticks were fine.
Definitely not happy with this pizza hut. Even though they deliver, we will never order from here again. You’re probably better off picking up at the Route 22 Pizza Hut.
