Terrible experience. This store would not refund me for 2 unused starter sim cards, which according to T-Mobile’s policy and customer support is supposed to be fully refundable since it falls within the buyers remorse period. Save your time and try best buy or the other T-​Mobile authorized dealer up the road near Home Depot.
