I’ve had my best T-​Mobile shopping experience at this location on 22. I’d say it’s worth making the trip out onto Route 22 to do business here. It’s a fairly large store and there is seating where you can sit down (or where my boyfriend sat down and waited while I bought my replacement phone). There are a lot of accessories there in stock and on display that you can check out. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and knew about the products.
Normally, I’m a no-​nonsense shopper. Like, you can try to get me to purchase add-​ons or extra features, but odds are you will not make the sale. I’m pretty stone faced and will say no to any extras. However, because the guy who helped me out really knew about the products and genuinely talked to me about the pros and cons of each, he got me to get one of those body glove covers for my phone. I also was convinced when he threw a display –phone with the cover onto the floor to demo how good the case was.
Anyway, I would recommend this location based on my experience here. It’s not too often you find a good T-​Mobile store with good customer service staff. Plus, they have a good, wide selection of accessories here.
