Great local slice and pie shop. I enjoy a few pizza places in the area but give Tony’s high marks for a more robust and slightly sweeter sauce flavor and thinner crust.

Went here once that’s all it took. Pizza was like cardboard. Fat counter man had a horrible attitude. No thanks.

Pizza is some of the best I’ve tasted in the area and definitely a decent price. I’ve had the pastas and sandwiches and was also pretty satisfied. Can’t really go wrong with this place. Just for take out only.

Love tonys! Best pizza in the area! Order Tuesday for a special price! I always get spinach and garlic and it is delish! The sauce, the crust, it cannot get better in out area for delivery! Enjoy! By the way sometimes the knots are great sometimes ehh but pizza is always spot on!

Ordered a pie for delivery and loved it. Crust is thin but ample and when you hold the slice to take a bite it doesn’t fall and flap like slimy pizza where the cheese slides off. They know what they’re doing. Sauce is balanced and the right amount. Thank you Tony… for not disappointing like so many others. Caesar salad had a bit too much dressing but I’ll just order it on the side next time.

I have been going here for quite some time. Very good pizza. Always fresh and always hot. I ordered tonite and was told 20 mins. I showed up in 10 so that I could get it right out of the oven. When I got there the pizza was already done. Seemed odd. When I brought it home it was not fresh… it was old pizza(like the ones they keep on the shelf all day) reheated!!! It was very obvious. The pizza was not fresh. it was hard and tasted old. My children and myself were very upset and could not even finish it. we would have brought it back but it was cold and nasty outside so we decided to eat PB&Js.(not happy) there is a lot of pizza places local so you would think they would strive to be the best. They lost. I know times are rough these days but you would think you would want to keep business… not loose it… will most likely never go there again… will find another spot. Went from 3 – 4 stars to 1 star.

When my 12 year old daughter raved about Tony’s Pizza Delight, right around the corner of our house, I had a healthy dose of skepticism. As a veteran of DeNino’s, Lee’s Tavern and Joe and Pats, all of Staten Island, I have a pretty good handle on a quality slice. So it was to my surprise to discover thin crust, sweet sauce heaven less than a quarter mile from my front door. I’ve had pies delivered, picked up and now eaten at the small bar, and I must say, Tony’s got the best traditional thin crust pie in town. While we love Arturo’s of Maplewood, that is a different style, Tony’s has blown past Proud Papa’s, Valentino’s, Il Forno’s and Reggio’s for the BEST traditional thin-crust pie in town. The plain is exquisite, while toppings are great, the true taste of Tony’s pie comes through best on a plain pie or slice.

This is tucked away in a shopping center so it can be difficult to locate or notice at times. I would drive down this road everyday and didnt even realize it was there until someone pointed it out to me. I have been to this place many many times and have tried just about everything. It is all really great food. The pizza is pretty great, seems to have just the right amount of everything. The sandwiches and dinner are also really good. Its location is a shame because I feel this place would be very popular if it was on a main strip somewhere. Trust me and try this place, it really is a great spot.

After recently relocating to the area from Long Island, we were looking for a pizza place tonight. Our requirements were simple: must have a whole wheat crust. We sat in a parking lot calling every pizza place that came up on the gps within a 3 mile radius asking about their crusts. Tony’s was the first one(after about 10) which had whole wheat crust, so off we went. Interior/Building 2⁄5 The place is small and nothing to brag about, just a bench on the side and the counter. There is a menu on the wall and a beverage fridge stocked with the usuals. The location seems to be a bit forgotten, maybe it has seen better days. Another customer waiting on their order was reminiscing about«the old days» when there was a bank and some other businesses in the building. Those are long gone now. Staff 5⁄5 Tonight the owner was there and it seemed he had two others with him. One of the guys was in the back and I had no interaction with him. The other I had spoken to on the phone and then again when I arrived. He was friendly and took my order. While the owner(Tony I would guess?) made our food, we engaged in friendly chit chat. Nice fellow, seems to care about his business. Food 3⁄5 For the food, Tony’s comes in at 3⁄5. I’d choose this pie over chain-pizza droppings any day, but I have had better. For the price($ 11 large), it’s a good value. It’s difficult to put my finger on just what it would take to take this to the next level because all the pieces of the puzzle are there. If they could all be improved just a tiny bit, that just might do it. I will be back, maybe to try a sandwich next time. There were a few on the menu which looked tempting.
