Amazing pizza! Gave plenty of toppings, crust was perfect, and served super hot! Definitely a good pizza place to go back to!

Very standard pizza but in an awesome location. I was shocked at the hefty $ 5 per slice but wasn’t too disappointed taste-wise. Good thing the slices are on the larger side. You have the option to purchase pre-made slices or whole fresh pizzas. Salad and gelato also available. I prefer this spot vs the Pizza Hut Express upstairs.

Such good pizza, every time I goto universal studios with my season pass I stop in here to eat lunch. Haven’t had a bad experience with the food but the service can vary. Sometimes its super polite or sometimes its vary quite and they simply don’t really talk customer service like. Five stars for the pizza alone though.

I would have never expected the pizza to be so tasty. It was pretty tasty and at the same time was pretty economical too. Price being $ 5 but the slice size was almost like 2 slices in 1. I would really recommend you to try it when in universal.

Must admit i was not expecting a delicous slice of pizza from here but i was wrong. The price is a bit stiff. About $ 5 a slice but the slice is 2 times bigger than the one you would get from doninoes or other places so i guess it kinda equels out. The workers are freindly so thats a plus.

It’s a Tuesday night after Universal Studios Theme Park. I have my 3 daughters with me, 15, 10, and 8 and a family friend male that is 10. I walked in to order a pizza. My 15 year old is vegetarian. I seen some slices available but it wasn’t enough to feed 5. I was told by the cashier that the restaurant was closing and no more pizza would be made. I purchased 6 slices, albeit, knowing this is not enough. After I paid for the food and a few drinks, I noticed a family of 5. This family had 1 child. There were 3 slices remaining of vegetable pizza — which I could have bought; but I was being courteous of the next family. As I refilled a soda, I noticed a manager was speaking with one of the family members. A male and he was the only male in this family. The end result was a pizza being freshly made for the family of 5. I am Black. I’m 40 and I’m 6 feet 2 inches 195 lbs. My children are Black. The family friend is 10 and he’s White. The cashier is Mexican and so is the Manager. The family of 5 that received the fresh pizza was Mexican. I’m one to dismiss racial undertones. I’m one to find logic where there is none. This is foulness. The worst part is these kids witnessed this and were upset and saddened simultaneously. As I write this at 10:51PM on 8÷4÷15 on the patio of this restaurant, I noticed another family of 5 right now was able to order a pizza. They too are Mexican. 2 of the 5 are sitting, male and female and their 2 grown kids just went to the rest room. The 5th member is a sleeping child in a stroller around 3 – 4 years of age. In closing, I was not asked if I had a season pass at the park although I mentioned that’s where we came from. There is a discount at restaurants for season pass holders. I also tipped only 8% to show my dissatisfaction. Food quality was okay. Would have gotten a 3 out of 5 but if the customer service was on point, a 4 star at minimum. *As I leave at 11:04PM, I presented my case to the Manager. I started off by saying I am about to give this establishment a bad review on Unilocal. He said«Why?» He had a pizza in hand that he delivered to the second family and was taking back for some reason. I said this to him one on one about not being able to order a full pizza when I entered before both of these families. He laughed and called it a miscommunication. I explained to him how it looked from my point of view. His exact words in front of everyone was«I’m Mexican. You’re barking up the wrong tree Dawg if you think this is racially motivated and to get outta here» No apology, dismissive, and standoffish. I WILLNEVERDINENORVISITHOLLYWOODPIZZAANDGELATOAGAIN. Pizza was pretty good, yet a little pricey it was about $ 8 for a personal 10″ pizza and about $ 6 for a slice or 2. The overall experience was alright.

Pizza was actually pretty good! But the service I experienced was awful. They forgot the jalapenos on my husband’s pizza, mind you they write their orders on sticky notes. It said jalapenos right on there. So, I politely asked the cashier who rung us out for jalapenos on the side. He actually apologized for them forgetting and said he’ll grab them for me. This is where the fun begins! He taps around on the register screen and then rings out an employee from the movie theatre, and just starts flirting with her. All while I’m still standing right in front of him waiting to grab jalapenos. Then he stands there staring at the register again! And grabs a ten to make change for his register! He slowly walks to the back and grabs change and proceeds to slowly take the quarters out of the sleeve. At this point I’ve come to realize maybe this idiot forgot that I had asked him for a side of jalapenos! So then he turns to grab an empty side cup. Finally!!! And scoops the jalapenos and hands it to me. I tried so hard to not flip out. But I shouldn’t have had to wait 5 minutes for jalapenos that were right behind him! To the guy with the stupid«Kayla rose» tattoo on your arm, get your act together.

Not bad at all for the price. We got a family meal deal. 1 large pizza with half cheese, half pepperoni onions and mushrooms with 4 fountain drinks for about 32 bucks including taxes. FREEREFILLS on drinks. Kids loved it.

Terrible gelato. The worst we’ve ever had. Would not recommend. Pizza looked bad, too, although we didn’t try it. It looked cołd and stale.

Amazing pizza! Gotta eat it HOT! A taste of New York more than Hollywood, but it was delicious! Had the 18″ pepperoni and Italian sausage and it was was more than enough to share for 4 – 5 people.

Although the place is called Hollywood pizza, there’s nothing glamorous about it. Regardless it’s a place to grab a quick bite so let’s ignore the venue for a second and focus on the food. Pizza is mediocre and will most likely be cold when served. Beer is watered down! You have been warned! After tasting a disgusting Stella on tap, I complained and exchanged for a Budweiser. It was between Bud Light and I don’t know what! Needless to say I didn’t finish my drink. Never again!

Wanted something budget friendly after a day in the park and that was it! Pizza was great and my 7 year old claimed it was the best meal we had on our 8 day vacation thus far. The people near us dropped their pizza and they gladly made them a whole new one free, even though It was half gone. We did the $ 2018″ pizza and my family of 4 was stuffed after finishing it… didn’t stop 3 of us from getting gelato though. Great selection of 11 choices, although butterfinger didn’t appear to have enough for a whole scoop. My youngest accidentally dropped hers within a minute and they gladly made her a new one. I think the gelato was a bit pricey at 5/scoop, but all and all we had dinner and dessert for 40 and that’s a win in my book! Super nice staff, great food, great selection, great prices. Although I do agree with another reviewer that the non-customer people/teens taking up table space made it hard to find a seat for 4.

ALL the Hollywood seats were occupied by starbucks people who chatted while sipping on their moca lattes!!! We ordered and couldn’t find an open table. There should be a barrier between the two dinning areas. Please post a sign that says pizza/beer people have seating preference over coffee people.

After spending several hours at Universal Studios, I was famished and craving some comfort food. I saw the words«pizza» and«gelato» and immediately walked in to see several choices of pizza by the slice and about a dozen flavors of gelato. There was also a lunch special, $ 4.95 for any slice of pizza and a fountain drink, pretty good considering this is a high volume tourist area which is also right next to a major theme park. I decided to take advantage of the lunch special since a slice with toppings was already $ 4.99(vs $ 3.99 for a plain cheese slice). I ordered a slice with tomato basil and another with mushrooms, onions, olives, and spinach. Then I got a drink for myself and one for my husband. Although the staff told me that these were baked on regular crust they appeared and tasted like thin crust pizza, which I really liked. Each slice was a decent sized cut. The tomato basil slice had lots of fresh slices of tomatoes and basil leaves. The juicy tomatoes really hit the spot since I was somewhat parched from walking around in the sun. The other slice had a good mix of veggies, especially the olives which were really tasty. Both slices filled my empty tummy and I left a happy customer. My only minor complaint would be that both slices had sections of burnt crust. I didn’t get to try the gelato this time, but the pizza alone would bring me back for a second visit.
