Love this place, you can get what you need more quickly than going to Home Depot. Friendly staff and good prices. Also, they always have the obscure bits and pieces I’m looking for.

This place is horrible. DONOTEVER leave your vehicle unlocked in their parking lot. Employee, Sandra D. Will go through your vehicle and steal whatever she pleases. I have video of her doing so and have reported her as well as the company to the BBB.

LOVE Sippel! What’s up with the 2 star reviewer? Really? You are refusing to support a small locally run business because it’s «dusty»? Geez. This store has probably been around longer than you, and actually it’s very well organized. If I could find everything I need at Sippel, I would choose it any day over a commercial hardware store. Thank Sippel!!! We support you!!! Keep doing what you do best!

Yes – great old school hardware store is right and full of knowledgeable professionals. Looking for a small obscure part, a particular screw, or a good selection of rental items this is the place. Ask a person there and they can find anything – I love it. Chip

DISCOBALLIN A HARDWARESTORE! KRYS, AREYOUREADINGTHIS?!? An amazing old-school hardware store that also sells guns & ammo, tool rental, truck rental, small engine repair, and party item rental. The main hardware store is just like the old days — there is no such thing as «seasonal» here. They have a little bit of everything, some of it pretty darn old. Big bolt bins, walls of belts, piles of gravel and mulch. The smell of grease and oil fills the air. Mmmmmmm… Perhaps more useful is the stunning selection of tool rentals. Everything from lawnmowers to picket pounders to sod cutters and tile saws. Rentals are by four hour blocks or for a full day. And man, is it reasonable! If you’ve ever blown a lot of money on a specific tool for a specific job, you can appreciate how valuable this service is. There’s also a robust little repair shop for all your needs — sharpening blades, unlocking motors, cleaning out little two strokes, all of that Shop 101 stuff. And they can even do it while you wait if you have the time. But on to the good stuff. In addition to tools, they rent popcorn machines, nacho machines, creepy clown face balloon fillers, cotton candy machines, snow-cone machines, disco balls(!) you name it they’ve got it. Don’t go to the big box stores where nobody knows anything and if it ain’t in the system, they don’t have it. Swing by here first for a show!

Very unorganized full of random things everywhere. I have never been to a hardware store that was not dusty but when you walk in you feel this film of dust touch your whole body. I think they are just staying alive because of the penske truck rentals. If you need your hardware just drive down to the big commercialized lowes and home depot.
