Came here for the first time and I wish I could stop by everyday! The crêpes are so fresh and they put the perfect amount of toppings. The place itself is also cute and — well like a café! Amazing crêpe place with so many options. Not to mention the people here are so kind!

We wanted to get a quick bite before we went into Universal Studios so we decided to come here. I saw that they had a new menu item called«Carne Asada Fries» so I decided to get that and also the funnel fries. I completely regret getting the so called«Carne Asada Fries» it literally tastes like it came from a can. Worse than Taco Bell level, the meat was super salty and over seasoned and it was just regular beef chunks not«asada»(which means grilled in Spanish) at all! It really had no other flavor but salty. The only thing I enjoyed were the funnel fries with some dulce de leche dip. I should’ve just gotten that and maybe a Nutella & banana crêpe, would’ve been way more satisfied with just that. Lesson learned don’t order Mexican style food at a crêpe place!!!

Slow service, rude waiter, decent food. Won’t go there again unless I’m stranded in city walk & have nothing 2 eat

I ate here once. Emphasis. ONCE. I only went here because I work on CityWalk and thought i would give it a try. I mean why not. It’s not like you can mess up a crêpe. I got into the eatery and a foul smell was afoot. I should have aborted and left but I confess… I was hungry. Even the rude employees did not deter my hunger. So I got a simple crêpe. Nothing fancy. I was so excited. I have been craving a crêpe for quite sometime. I sat down, put my fork into the crêpe but what I put in my mouth… ladies and gents, it was gross. I honestly couldn’t finish it. It’s a filthy store. It has rude employees. Rude managers. I have no idea how they still are in business… and I just read someone found glass in their drink… ummm no. Not okay. Don’t go here. Don’t eat here. You… you may die.

Filthy. Just disgusting. The soda fountains are always dirty, the place always smells-not even like crepes but like a horrible burning egg smell. The only reason I went here was because I work on city walk, but recently a coworker of mine found a PIECEOFGLASS in her soda. The managers did nothing for her about the situation. Talk about professionalism and looking out for their customers safety. This place needs to be shut down for violating all types of health code standards.

Pretty fucking livid… So yesterday I went to the crêpe place across of my store to get a cup of ice and I poured some of my Snapple into … I took a sip out of it and felt something weird when I realized that shit had a piece of glass in it I quickly checked my Snapple to see that it wasn’t broken and it wasn’t so obviously I went to the place and told them about the glass not even for my well being which I was totally freaking out about my throat being slit but about other customers who might have gotten any ice after me When I told the guys they seemed so nonchalant and said they guessed they had to dump the ice I went back to my store and obviously realized yo this isn’t cool so quickly I went back and told the guy what did he mean he guessed he had to dump the ice that shouldn’t have been a question and that I needed corporates number because that wasn’t cool I could have gotten hurt He then went to say that it was my fault that it was my Snapple and not the ice but that he would give me the number I gave his boss a number which she didn’t answer after two calls she finally called me back When she called she was very rude and did not let me speak when I finally did get a few words out she was quick to say that she would call hill top and not allow my stores employees to go purchase food however I would hope they wouldn’t since I found glass in my drink I still think it was childish to ban my associates and not only that but assume that I’m lying I didn’t go and tell them that I found glass in my cup to get anything out of it I did it to make sure no one else got hurt but after they were rude and hung up on me I hope they shut down

Ate there for breakfast the other morning and it was okay, so was considering it again this morning as nothing else was open. As we walked by about 9:15?am we noticed it wasn’t open either but the employees were in there. One of the heavy set girls was, I kid you not, SITTINGONONEOFTHECREPEBURNERS. I assume it was turned off as her biscuits did not appear to be burning. However the sight of her ass crack(again, not joking) in the window of the restaurant and her butt sitting where, in 45 minutes someone’s breakfast crêpe was going to be prepared soured me from ever wanting to eat crepes here again. The manager might consider some retraining of the employees in proper hygiene and decorum. And as for future diners, you have been warned. When they aren’t preparing your food on those large cooking surfaces, they are using them to sit upon. Gross.

Stopped at this place after a long day at Universal Studios Hollywood theme park just to reenergize And eat something tasty beside sweets or ice cream. Service was quick and the cashier was paying Attention to our order as well as the other employees were following up with other customers and attentive. Food came fresh and warm as we expected it

After walking past this place many of times I decided to give it a go to satisfy my sweet tooth. It was the worst mistake made since invading Russia in the winter. I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant. It was crowded with empty dirty tables covered in crystallized syrup, the air was cloudy with powdered sugar and there was stains all over the walls. Now beyond the building itself, lets talk about the flavor less crepes. For an establishment that only sells crepes, you would expect crepes to be the sting suit. this was not the case. I got the Florentine and the behemoth of soggy burnt egg inside my crêpe was the most disgustingly squelchy morsel I’ve ever eaten. The crêpe itself was dry and almost bitter. Never again will I eat at this milquetoast excuse of a restaurant

Very nice staff and the food was delightful. Quick snack for a boost of energy. The decision on what to have was the difficult part. Soooo much to choose from and I kept it simple sugar butter and cinnamon crêpe… Satisfaction at its finest.

I absolutely love Crepes! I had a crêpe with banana, nutela and strawberries plus french fries. It was really good. When I go to City walk I always love to visit Crepes Café. Highly recommended if you love Crepes!

I’ve never had a problem with service or cleanliness of the place. The 3 stars are for the crepes alone. They’re nothing spectacular or something I’d get whenever I go to CIty Walk. However, over the past 10 years though I’ve had different kinds of their savoury crepes and dessert crepes. Overall the crêpe is not thin enough, the portions of the ingredients are off, and just lacking in taste.

Florentine crêpe — spinach, cheddar, feta, onion — good! Excellent. Perfect combo of melty ingredients. Even hubbie was pleasantly surprised… Isn’t usually overly impressed with this place(lower expectations) but we were happy campers this time!

If you want to buy a $ 12 Chicken Basket at Universal Studios be my guest! But this place has the best savory crepes, try the Chicken Pesto Crêpe, Pizza Crêpe… they are the best! Can’t leave without the Funnel Cake Fries!

Went to this place at Universal for a quick dessert. Crêpe I ordered was chocolate strawberry. Paid about 9 dollars for it. Crêpe was ok but costumer service was horrible. Woman at the register was holding a conversation about tip jars and arguing with younger man about how she wanted to be left 5 dollars but was only left her three. Very crabby lady never even paid attention to me when ordering I just ordered she charged me and continued in her bad mood and attitude emptying tip jars as I stood there. Didn’t want to leave a tip after all that. Crêpe was decent but service could have been better. This was on 3−30−15. I would not go back to this place again.

This dinning place is located inside city walk next to Universal Studios! They have many type of crepes like banana with Nutella crepes, strawberry and chocolate crepes, and chicken crepes! I didn’t even know that chicken crepes existed. I tried the strawberry and banana crêpe with ice cream on the side and it was so delicious! The food quality is good, the crepes were cooked well, they were golden brown. The strawberries were sweet and the crêpe was warm. I bough a crêpe for my brother because it was his birthday and one for my sister and myself to share. With those 2 crepes it came out to almost twenty five dollars. This was my first time trying/buying crepes and I’m pretty sure that is pricy for two plates! This is a place were you can go dressed casually. The food was good but the customer service wasn’t as well. The cashier who took my order was being a little rude. He was not polite at all. When he took my order he answered coldly and he did not even look at me. He did not make me feel welcome. There was only one employe that i noticed was being polite and energetic. The place is little so there are only a few tables(and the tables fit approximately 4 people) and a lot of customers. If you want to eat inside my recommendation is to have your company find a table and sit while you order to guarantee yourself a seat. If this is your first time going to Universal City they have parking but its expensive so you can always find parking outside and take the bus to Universal City. Overall the food was good and the customer service was not. It is a clean place where you can eat. It can get a little pack because Universal Studios is right next to it. Im sure it you will enjoy the crepes if you eat them outside because city walk is a beautiful place specially at night because there is a lot of lights. The Crêpe Café is a place you want to check out if you want a snack.

Not a bad place to get breakfast(or a snack) on-the-go if you’re heading towards Universal Studios, as it is located in Universal City. We didn’t have time to eat breakfast at the house before going to Universal Studios, so we were determined to find something in Universal City instead of paying for overpriced food inside the park. I ducked into this place to see if any breakfast crepes were available since their crêpe menu looked very massive. I was happy to see that they served breakfast crepes! I opted for an egg, sausage, ham, and cheese crêpe($ 7.50). The portion was big enough for me n my boyfriend to share, and the flavor of the crêpe really went well with the eggs. Not very many breakfast choices in Universal City, so I would consider coming back if going to Universal Studios.

Great Crêpe spot inside City Walk. Various types of sweet and savory crepes to choose from. My recommendations are the Strawberry Nuttella and Turkey Pesto with a side of delicious crispy fries! Crepes here are definitely worth a try!

The Crêpe Café has 25 different kinds of crepes … from sweet to savory and from Grand Marnier to Pizza. If you’re like me then you’re at Universal Citywalk and can’t decide what you want, but do know you want«something different.» Well, there’s a crêpe place. How crêpe-y could it be? The creperie has a huge front window for passers-by to ogle thin crepes on their way to and fro. It looks tempting. It smells tempting. It sounds tempting … with Nutella, Dulce de Leche, or Hawaiian. Those flavors may be heavenly, but don’t commit the same sin Olivia Z. and me did by getting the Turkey Pesto Crêpe($ 7.95) with Jack Cheese, Turkey, Avocado, and Pesto. I thought pesto was supposed to have a flavor? How can this crêpe be completely flavorless? What sorcery is this? The Crêpe Café is 3-stars because it is completely sterile and unremarkable which is exactly what you expect at this tourist hub. It would be rated much lower if it was in West Hollywood, Newport Beach, or your hometown, but it’s not. It’s here. You’re here. You want something different and, oh, look … there’s a crêpe place called the Crêpe Café. Let’s try that. How crêpe-y could it be?
