I’m bummed that this place is going out of business. Everything is on sale right now, so I picked up some awesome chairs for my living room(which were quickly appropriated as cat beds). I bought a set of Old Fashioned glasses here a few months ago, and I was hoping to get a coffee table with my tax refund. The Loop needs a store like this, and I’m sorry to see it go.

I love this store! The new location in Delmar next door to the Tivoli is the perfect location to do a little walk and shop after watching a matinée with your favorite kitten friend! I was there yesterday and the vintage furniture and layout of the store caught my eye. While vintage, everything in this store is in VERY good condition, and it isn’t the type of vintage store that is crammed with stuff. It looks like the owner has a very good eye for nice pieces that would fit in and compliment almost any home’s décor, and doesn’t carry pieces that are falling apart or worn just because they are vintage. So, contrary to what you might think when you first walk by, the prices are really great, super affordable and you still get nice like new things! Yesterday there was a 20% sale on everything. I picked up a turbo cute set of six small round bar glasses that seemed like out of Mad Men or something, perfect for sipping on a spot of whiskey, scotch, or cordial/after dinner drink and a way awesome vintage cat umbrella. yay cat umbrella! There were many plates glasses cookware and other house ware items that I wanted to take home with me. OH and there were some foil metallic clutches that I almost got too, they were like new and for the price I should have gotten one. I’m pretty much stopping in here to see what is new every time I’m in the loop!

Love, love, L-O-V-E! Vintage dresses, hats, shoes, purses, furniture, housewares, nick-nacks. I could have shopped for hours if we weren’t on a time crunch to get home. This was the coolest find I’ve had in a while, I’ll be back!

This is the BEST retro/collectible shop in the St. Louis area! Unlike the previous reviewer, I can and do drive just to see them. Just today, I bought a red ball gown, two vintage hats and a white fur stole, and oogled a beautiful set of pink metal cabinets from the 50’s, tons of collectible glassware and kitchen stuff and mid-century mod décor. And all of it reasonably priced. I could take home half the store on any given day. And it’s hardly a small store– it’s a huge space, beautifully done. Five stars absolutely. Don’t miss this place.

This store was a pleasant surprise. I was at Crestwood Mall going to the Teachers’ Recycle Center, and my mom mentioned that there was a store a little like TFA with newer antiques in the retro style. I was wondering how long she had known about this place and why she didn’t mention it earlier. It’s in the old Pac Sun for any of my fellow(former) Crestwood mall rats out there. So it’s not very big – compared to TFA it’s tiny – but they have stuff in the same style. I saw some furniture that I felt like the price was a little high, but I’m not really a pricing expert on old furniture. I just know I wouldn’t pay that much. I also saw some things that were very reasonably priced both furniture and nik naks. There was a 20% off section in the back that I thoroughly browsed. I ended up buying a nice teapot for $ 12. This place is nice, but if you’re expecting a TFA-sized selection, just go to TFA. I’m giving it 3 stars because I’ll definitely stop in there whenever I’m at Crestwood, but I probably wouldn’t drive out there just for the store. Like most things in Crestwood these days, this is not a huge chain store so odd hours are completely understandable. They are open 11 – 6 on Wednesday through Saturday and 12 – 5 on Sunday.
