Stopped by Mattress Firm in University Park at Tourist Center Drive this afternoon… impulse and stroke of luck! Peter Williams is an awesome sales person. He helped me find the perfect sleep happy bed and helped me get a great price with perks just because I had to wait a bit. They are busy and I know why! They have great location, clean and organized store with all styles color coded !! So glad I spotted the store driving buy and so pleased I met Peter. He is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and a non pushy sales person. My choice was in stock, delivery times are great for working people and I can’t wait to get my bed… one day wait time only! Merry Christmas to me! Thanks Peter! I’ll be sending friends your way and I’ll be back to buy that guest room bed ASAP!!!

I have just purchased a mattress at Mattress Firm at the University location near the UTC Mall. It was a fabulous experience. The manager, Marshall James was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and most importantly, patient. It’s a big decision/​investment and it takes time. Who would think that buying a bed would actually be enjoyable. But in fact it was. Go there. You won’t be sorry. I’m sure that all the staff is lovely. But ask for Marshall if you can.
