I avoid this McDonalds and usually drive to pearl st or the one on Bridgeport because the service isn’t even worthy of 1 star. Its either the manager is disrespectful or their food is cold. A while back i called for a friend i had just bought food for because the fries were far too salty and her burgers were cold. When i spoke with the manager he was rude and kept asking me to drive back so he can see for himself and I’m just thinking: even if the food was hot, by the time i get home and drive back the food will be cold regardless. Aside from that little incident i went there last night for fries and i told the woman i wanted them fresh because they were cold the last time and she responds with«hmmm…well, whatever you say». I pull up to the window and these people had the audacity to warm up the fries in the microwave and give them to me. From previous experience, i just took the fries without argument because the manager there thinks he’s right all the time and there’s no point in wasting your breath because you wont win.

What to say about McDonalds? They are perfect for a quick dinner especially if I’m craving nuggets. Workers consistently know how much salt to put on their fries. Other McDonald establishments usually skimp on their salt. In addition, customer service is great. They are always friendly.

The BBQ Ranch burger on the Dollar Menu is disgusting. Tastes like a combination of wet cardboard and hot plastic.

The staff is decently friendly, everything is always very fast to be served. My only dislike for this McDonalds… that creepy automated voice that plays when you first pull forward. «Hi! Would you like to try a blah blah today?» I’d like to talk to a real human being please, that doesn’t sound like he’s going to slash me in my sleep.
