A-All Transmissions

So here’s the review. I typically find it extremely important to write both good and bad reviews to help companies out since I am a business owner myself. My name is Cory my brothers shop feeds this shop business for transmission repairs. 30 thousand miles ago I had my Chevy 2500 2002 trans pulled at my bros shop to have the trans and transfer case redone transfer case was a crate from dealer direct and trans rebuilt here. The bill was 1800 and now 30k later its toast. Called today spoke with owner he states I have a 12k warrant. My 1^st trans went 234,000 miles hard to believe that the bullet proof Chevy trans let’s loose at 30k into it. I maintain this truck extremely well since its my lifeline for work and this guy has the nerve to not work with me on this. FYI $ 200 +/​-​more you can pick up a rebuilt trans at dealer and not deal with this. Right now I would be sitting at dealer getting it warranted for minimal or no cost. Instead this guys shop is too small of business to work with me and now he’s going to loose my business and possibly my brothers business. Bad move. At least give people options to make better decisions. Ultimately I did not investigate this place prior to work since I trusted my brothers business relationship with all transmissions. I would at this time if investing money in your transportation to look elsewhere. Hope this feedback helps your decision making.
