Uptown Auto Craft is the best! They did fantastic work on my Honda CRV. Impeccable eye for detail. They went above and beyond. My vehicle looks fantastic. Like having a new one. Thank you Ricky, Paul, and rest of the employees.

I scratched my car badly on the side of my garage. Ricky and his team were able to repair the surface paint in only 2 hours at a great price that was $ 500 less than other shops. Service was very friendly, quick, and efficient! I would go back to Uptown Auto Craft anytime.

Found them on Unilocal and was not disappointed. Ricky was very professional and able to give me a quote to fix my passenger side mirror on the phone. Turns out the mirror ended up being cheaper than expected so I paid even less than the original quote, less than half what another shop wanted to charge me!
He was able to fix it in about 20 minutes and I was on my way again. Would definitely come again if I need work and already referred my mom for some stuff she needs done.

Took my car here, and they do a great job! The color match was on point! Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I have to it would be here again. Thanks!

Brought my El Camino in for an estimate on complete paint and chrome work. Got an estimate of $ 8500 in November ’13. I had heard good things about them so went with it. John, the owner, said he was very backed up so he would call me in January. Call never came. I called him in late January and asked when he would be able to take my car. He sounded very disinterested and said he had a lot of collision work to do and he would call me in February. It is now March and of course I never heard from him. Didn’t surprise me. I have taken my car elsewhere for a lot less. Can’t believe someone would turn down an $ 8500 cash job and not even bother to call. It’s all about customer service folks and I sure did not get it here.

This has been my body shop for the past couple years. I’ve taken multiple cars here and also sent referrals to the shop. The work is good, for what you pay, but it comes at the cost of a slow turn around time. My experience at this shop has always been good until recently.
My Mercedes Benz got involved in an accident. Instead of taking my car to a Mercedes Benz Collision certified shop, I decided to take my car here, once again, because I am a loyal customer. A simple job that was to take no more than two weeks ended up taking over a month to finish. I was given three deadlines and the shop failed to meet all three. The owner could have been upfront about needing a month to fix my car but instead, he mislead me multiple times. Not only did they waste my time, when the car was completed, the job was unsatisfactory.
The interior was covered in dust, they didn’t even bother to do a thorough wipe down. The sunroof was not functioning properly due to the battery being disconnected and they didn’t sync it after the battery was reconnected. The ebrake was completely disconnected, for unknown reasons because it had nothing to do with the repair. The alignment performed on the car was crap and the steering wheel wasn’t even centered. I had to spend money out of my pocket to get it done right at Penske Mercedes Benz. The rear door handle was loose due to improper installation. Again, I paid out of my pocket to have Penske Mercedes Benz fix this.
Being a loyal customer to this shop has brought me nothing but wasted time, energy and money. Their lack of attention to details makes me question if the car was properly repaired. There is no sense of urgency and they simply take their time. I understand that you cannot rush good work but when you give a customer a deadline, you’re suppose to meet it. The shop has failed to meet three deadlines which is just unprofessional and unheard of. Not only did they take their time, I picked up my car with all the problems stated above. So in retrospect, my car was not fully fixed until recently. My car is currently being inspected at Penske Mercedes Benz of the repairs made. Anything that was not properly fixed will be addressed to my insurance company.

Wow, what a great experience! Ricky at UAC was welcoming & friendly. He looked at my truck, which had some oxidation & peeling clear coat on the hood, & provided me with a couple of different options. The price was very reasonable & not only did they do an amazing job; they finished right on budget and a FULL DAY EARLY! My truck looks like new! Thank you!

I went in with the intention to get my car painted but Ricky (the owner) looked at it and recommended that it needs a buff and only parts of the car painted. He quoted me on the work and I decided to go forwarded with the service. He quoted me on a very reasonable price and did a wonderful job within a short amount of time. Very honest and hard-​working business. Two thumbs up!!!

Very pleased. I needed a quick turn around to make my Elky ready for a road trip. Other shops in the area couldn’t commit. Ricky hooked me up and got done what I needed… pronto.
Would definitely bring my car back for further work… just hope I don’t have to :)

I rarely do reviews because I am rarely moved by customer service skills, but Ricky is awesome! After going to many places and being quoted outrageous prices I finally came across this place on Unilocal and I am glad that I did. I came in around 4:00 on Monday Ricky assessed my situation right away and was able to call for the part on the spot he told me it will be here the next day and that he will give me a call when it arrives. 10 am Tuesday I got a call and the part was there. I didn’t get off of work until 4 and I had an hour or so in between my other job and Ricky still worked on my car at 5:00pm 30 minutes before closing, which is very nice. I was out of there in 45 minutes. Other places said it would take day. I am so glad to have a come across this place, they are very honest and they know what they are doing. I appreciate this place.

This place is legit. Rolled up in my V DUB with a large scratch and a dent. Some employee was the first on the scene and rubbed my car and took a good look at it. Back in the office he wrote up an estimate that included hours, parts, paint etc. Super professional. Then walked in Ricky the owner. He was super nice and looked through the other guys report and even knocked off a couple hours of labor because he knew the job wasn’t going to as long as the other guy thought. I told him right now I just wanted the door unjammed and he said no problem I can do that right now. He grabbed this metal looking spatula and unjammed the door. for free! He gave me an estimate around the same price as other places but since Im a broke kid I decided to wait. A few months later I called him and he still had my report on file and I came in the same day. He said it would take a week. Exactly one week later he calls me and says its ready! The price was the exact amount on the estimate too! Even down to the penny! Car was looking super fly. It really looked amazing. Couldn’t find a flaw.
So all and all I think the guys over there are honest and really professional.

Great service and price! Ricky looked at my car immediately and started calling around for parts while I was still there. They completed the work on the car earlier than I expected. They did a good job and I don’t think I could have gotten a better price! I highly recommend them and would take any of our cars there again.

I took my mom’s car to Uptown Autocraft after going to several places for an estimate. They not only had the best price but the shortest time as well! All others were going to take one week or more to make the repairs, yet at Uptown Autocraft they were done in 3 days!
The work was awesome… you would never know the car ever had any damage! Looked good as new and very affordable! I recommend Uptown Autocraft to all of my friends & family who are looking for an affordable, professional, fast service!
