If you are a fan of good, TIMELY customer service, please stay clear of that place. My boyfriend recently used their AWFUL services in order to replace the transaxle on his 2007 Prius. He dropped the car off in OCTOBER and just recently got it (a few days ago). He left the car with Kay Choi and that person absolutely does not care about making you wait TWO MONTHS to get your car back. He had to literally harass the guy (by calling him weekly or so) and it was extremely complicate to reach him. He would ALWAYS tell him the car would be ready in «a week or so» but it took 2 months. We were starting to think we would never see the car again. My boyfriend filed a complaint with the Bureau of Auto Repair and Dear Kay Choi, you should be hearing from them soon. Hopefully, you figure out how to pick up a phone to answer THEM at least!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Absolutely one of the worst car battery places I’ve dealt with. My mother purchased a Prius with a warranty still valid under battery4prius. So when the warning signs lit up we took it in. It is now the 4^th time we’ve had to take the car in with the same problem. It has to be left in the shop so I have to fetch a ride back home. They don’t give accurate estimates on when it’ll be ready. They’ve told me the car would be ready in 2 – 3 days. After a week of frustration and back and forth and they STILL HAD NOT EVEN TOUCHED THE CAR. No one gave me any feedback of the car’s condition or why the lights came on what so ever any of the times it has been taken in. No paper work, zero zip Nada. They just hand you the keys and that’s it. Not only that they never call when it’s ready. All the times I’ve picked up the car I’ve had to call, after their estimated ready time and I’ll get a oh yeah it’s ready. THEN WHY WONT YOU NOTIFY ME. Terribly unorganized, terrible customer service. I would NOT RECOMMEND for anyone to buy a warranty through them since apparently they won’t care for you as a customer and for your car afterwards.

I recently had to replace the hybrid battery in my wife’s 2005 Prius, and after getting sticker shock, from talking to the local Toyota Dealership, I decided to research online alternative solutions. I came across the website,
. Am I glad I did! They were super nice on the phone when I called them for info, and they sent a tech the next day from Upland in Southern California to the Central Valley at least a 3 hour drive, directly to my wife’s hobbled Prius in Visalia, CA. He replaced the dead battery in one hour with a fully rebuilt one with brand new cells inside while I waited. He also recommended additional service items I should get taken care of on the car to prevent future problems. If you own a hybrid vehicle, especially a Prius, don’t go anywhere else to replace your hybrid battery. Did I mention the repair cost half the price of what the local Toyota Dealership offered? You folks were awesome, and Kay (the tech), you really know your stuff! I highly recommend these folks, and hence the fully endorsed 5 star review!

Went back again for a different problem! Still great service. The trip from Baldwin Park was worth it! Had my son’s Prius on the road the next day with a new MAF sensor! Runs great and he’s happy!
