Is minus stars an option? Please do not take your pets here. My mothers dog was having a difficult time breathing and she rushed him to the nearest vet. The doctor said «well on a Friday night, right before we close we will do our best» Really?! They gave him a shot, which worsened his condition and prescribed pills. She then had to rush him to emergency, where we had to put him down. She paid $ 300 dollars at Mountain View Vet for a half ass exam and pills for a dog she no longer has. If you care anything for your animals please avoid this hospital!!! These people are not fit to care for animals, and have the bedside manner of a Tijuana back door medical practice.

Dr. Dickey is simply fantastic! He truly cares about each and every dog and is very knowledgeable about every aspect of pet health and wellness. The staff is always helpful, friendly and on-​the-​ball. I have been to many different vets through the years, and he is by far the best I have ever gone to!

I take my 3 dogs all the way from Laguna Niguel to see Dr. Dickey. He is VERY knowledgeable, professional and his prices are very reasonable. He explains all the necessary procedures and you can tell he loves animals. I highly recommend this practice.

We (my many dogs) have been going to DrDickey for about 10 years now. The office is always on time, Dr Dickey, takes his time, asks lots of questions and always has some interesting tid bits of information to help you care for your loved ones. I would never go anywhere else.
