This review is long over due! I just want to thank Marco and his son for helping me fixing my 16 year Acura! It looks brand spanking new. I move to LA a few months ago and first week, I was t-boned by a 75 year old lady. I didn’t want to totalled my car as the insurance company was gonna do. I called everywhere, but most repair shop is on contract with the insurance company and they won’t touch my car. Such a bunch of crooks in my opinion! Marco took my car in and fixed it for a reasonable price! His son even came pick me up to get my car. I can’t thank him more for putting my mind ease. Today I still have my Integra. Thank u Marco! :). Highly recommended! Great customer service.

My intention was to get a few estimates for my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I needed driver side bumper, headlight & fender work. Empire was my 1^st stop and my last. Marco the owner & his sons really made me feel comfortable. They were friendly & professional & the estimate they gave me was actually A LOT lower than what the insurance appraisal was which saved me $ out of pocket from the deductible with ACTUAL DEALER PARTS! The work was AMAZING! My car looks brand new again! They even detailed my car inside, out, & under the hood! I love my car again! I can honestly say I finally found the body shop I can trust!
