Shopped here for years, but, this time, it was a nightmare! The item ordered did not match the one chosen in the catalog(did not come in on time and I had to call them to inquire). Owner said that they would call the mfg and have them correct it(should take about a week) and I never received a call. When I followed up, I was told that they didn’t have the item in the color featured. Went to store to reselect, owner said they would call the mfg to insure the correct color prior to shipping and or check on the possibility of ordering a custom piece and again, they would call me in about a week. After two weeks, I never heard from them, upset, I took the ceiling fan, light kit and accessories back to the store for a refund. The owner said that his employee said that he had called. I said I had called two times today and never heard from him(not a customer in the store). The owner asked me if I was calling his employee a liar, I said, well he must have called the wrong phone number because no messages were left on my answering machine and none were in the history log! I guess he was calling me a liar! The sad thing is that I purchase a $ 6K door just because of this lamp! I would have purchased a different door had I not had the lamp. This ordeal started June 26, 2011 and I returned everything today August 6, 2011. This was only supposed to take a week! Yikes! Shame on them for not following up and treating me as if I was a liar. You can call me many things, but, this is not one of them! Beware!
