First timer to Smile Studio Upland ca. Had my teeth cleaned by Nicolette Ruston I believe was her name. Great experience. She was polite and gentile. Made my stay very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Ra and staff treat you like family. I don’t usually enjoy going to the dentist but this place makes it super comfortable. Nicolette is usually the nice lady that takes care of me.

Dr. Philip Ra and his staff are incredible and professional. Customer service here is stellar. I would recommend coming to him for any major or minor dental work. I felt comfortable coming in, knowing he does excellent work. The facility at his Upland office is very tranquil and clean. I got some major work done to my teeth and Dr. Ra and his staff made me feel at ease. I will definitely go to him for any future dental procedures because it makes going to the dentist less frightful.

This dental office is awesome and so is the staff! I’m used to going to Dr. Ra’s Fontana office which is also amazing (everyone there is friendly and so professional) but when I heard Dr. Ra opened a new office in Upland I wanted to go check it out. I wasn’t disappointed. I received the same quality of care as I would expect from the Fontana location. Dr. Ra is the BEST dentist I’ve ever been too! He truly has helped me with all of my problem areas regarding my dental health.

The Dr. is amazing! I love the technology that his dental office has! I needed a crown & it was ready the same day!!! My previous dentist would place a temporary & have me come back 2 weeks later for another appt. Dr. Ra is great & efficient I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend it!!!

If I could give six stars I would. Going to the dentist is never something I look forward to. On this occasion I was in for a crown of top of a fresh root canal two days earlier. I was already sore and knew I was in for more of the same. Dr. Ra does a great job of prepping the site, and building the crown through his cool looking high tech tools.
It is very comforting to know your dentist takes a great deal of pride in his work. I’m the type that is very tense in the chair, and Dr. Ra has a way to calm that feeling with his professional attitude and calm confidence.
The entire staff is helpful and friendly. The practice is immaculate, and welcoming. I truly appreciate their service!
All in all a great experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ra and his staff to anyone :)

I took my 3 year old son to see (I believe Dr. Ra) it was his first time tot he dentist and she was fabulous. I will definitely be going back.

I drove from Lake Forest just to see Dr Ra. My whole experience was so amazing it’s worth the drive. My whole dental appointment was fast easy and painless.

I love love love Dr. Ra. My kids and I are seen at his Fontana facility but I had to go to the Upland office for a crown procedure. I hate going to the dentist but I have to say that my experience was very pleasant. The staff was amazing and the office is very clean. I remember asking how many trips I would have to make from start to finish and was surprised to hear that it would all be taken care of during the one visit. Haha!!! I will definitely recommend checking him out. It took maybe 30 minutes or so to take 4D pics of my tooth and make my crown. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Dr. Ra owns 2 dental offices. One in Fontana and this location in Upland. This office is beautiful and super clean. It was also easy to get to and this location is conveniently located close to the 10 freeway. I usually go to the Fontana location but I had to come to come to this location because the pediatric dental specialist, Dr. Berry was scheduled to work in this office for this weekend.
Both dental offices and their staff are great and always work around my work schedule and my son’s school schedule. I do not mind driving to either the Fontana location or to the Upland office for my son to see Dr. Berry for his dental care. She is super sweet and very patient with children. My son had extensive dental work done and Dr. Berry made sure my son was comfortable the entire time. I am very grateful my son has become familiar with the dentist thanks to the option of dental offices having pediatric dentists available.
I will continue to take my son to this dental office because they do great work and they look out for what’s best for my son’s dental care.

Dentist is the best I’ve ever had and the staff are so helpful Office is beautiful they got me in within a few minutes of me calling can’t thank them enough Special thanks to the front office staff.

Called to have a bridge recemented and was given a quote of $ 95 but after making the appointment the person on the phone stated that I would have to pay for an exam and then quoted me $ 130 total. Then come to find out it was $ 130 and $ 95.

The all around staff was very friendly and professional. It made going through a root canal a not horrible experience. Dr. Ra was helpful in communicating and taking me through the process as well as the hygienist. I would recommend this place especially to someone who is mortified by the dentist.

Great staff, courteous and professional. Was very scared to get my first crown done and kept putting it off. Glad to walk out with no pain and a beautiful looking crown. The only downfall was that I was there for 2.5 hours but aside from that it was a good experience considering I don’t like going to the dentist! Dr. Ra was very nice and got the job done beautifully

My experience at Smile Studio was amazing. Very caring staff and extremely professional! I was very pleased with my and my husbands visit and will definitely be returning to my new dental home.

I went in to the office today for a cleaning appointment with Nicolette. I have to say this was the most comfortable cleaning I have had in many years! She was extremely thorough and explained everything she did throughout the visit, The whole entire staff including Dr. Ra made this such a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for top notch quality care. The type of practice that will make you feel just as comfortable as you would in your own home!

Dr. Ra is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I originally found him in Fontana at Sierra Dental Group and followed him here. It is hard to trust dentists these days because most of them over diagnose and only want money but not Dr. Ra; He only tells you what is necessary and anything that is very small he will just keep an eye on. He is honest and his staff is wonderful. I trust him to provide oral health care for me and my family. If you are looking for a great family dentist come here!

Came here from a recommendation of a friend for my 4 year old’s first dental exam and cleaning. I wanted a place that was good for kids.
Dr. Ra and his staff were awesome. You could tell that they have a lot of experience with young kids in the way they made my son feel comfortable.
I was totally surprised on how well my son did on the exam, probably because the staff gave him stickers and prizes for his visit. We had X-​rays done that revealed small cavities, but Dr. Ra did not push to get them fixed right away, noting the fact that most kids cannot take the procedure and with constant monitoring and flossing, we can possibly wait till he’s 8 yrs old. I truly appreciated his honesty.
The office is super clean and well organized. Highly recommend!

Beware of Nathan Pfister and his scam called the «Smile Club,» as well as his other high pressure up-​sells. I purchased this rip off for $ 300 and to date they are still refusing services. The smile club is supposed to come with 2 cleanings in one calendar year. They will not give me the 2 cleanings (again, that I already pre-​paid for) because they say I need periodontal work (this is a medical scam lying to people) and that i supposedly need to get this done first before I’m «allowed» to get the standard cleanings I already paid for.
I got suckered into paying for one quadrant (about $ 250 to $ 300 per quadrant depending on their price sheet). So basically I’m the victim of unnecessary surgery (minor surgery, but still).
I know they are lying because I have TWO second opinions from two other holistic dentists (both who do ozone and all of the other state-​of-​the-​art stuff) and they say I don’t need periodontal work. The reason Pfister pushes for the periodontal cleanings is because he charges you $ 1,200 to get your whole mouth done. So I would have to pay $ 1,200 for unnecessary surgery in order to get the standard cleanings that I already paid for. So it’s basically a bait and switch program: a very, very hard and intimidating up-​sell.
Funny thing is, if Pfister and his staff would’ve been honest with me instead of trying to squeeze out $ 1200 worth of unnecessary surgery out of me, they would’ve had a happy paying patient. I currently pay my other ozone dentists hundreds (probably over a thousand now) to take care of my teeth. They are honest and much better holistic dentists.
Oh, and by the way Nathan, before you reply to this, just remember one thing: HIPPA. I don’t give you permission to talk about me or my case because you’ve treated me with a lot of disrespect.
