Unbelievable customer service! The best there is! Nicholas and Bobby are awesome! My fiancée and I were looking for a new couch and we were going to go to a big chain like Mathis Brothers, but decided to check out their store since I like helping the small businesses. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and service we got. And the deal they gave us was way better than what we would have gotten at Mathis. We ended up purchasing a bed and couch at a great price and they even installed it free to get our business. They were prompt and easy to work with on delivery.
We liked our couch and bed so much that we went back only three days later to get a dining table, tv credenza, entry table, and bookshelf for super great prices again!
We will definitely be back yet again and recommend anyone looking for furniture to give them a shot first before going anywhere else. I love that we didn’t have to waste our valuable time shopping around!

Me and my boyfriend mike came here looking for a couch. We were really happy with NICK, he helped us out so much and really payed attention to the styles we were looking for. He had a very good eye for what would look good together and what we would be happier with in the long run. He made the purchase really easy and they really worked with what we could afford. I was referred to this furniture store by two friends and I’m so happy to have went there. I have been looking for a real good mattress and went to over 6 places and ultimately found the mattress I’ve been wanting at a price way bellow what I expected. I explained to them that I have back pains and needed it right away, they felt my pain and delivered it to me within 30 minutes free of charge… All the other stores wanted to charge me $ 99. I ended up buying the mattress and a recliner and saved over $ 600 dollars. They even gave me 90 days to pay it off with no credit check at all. I put $ 40 dollars down and received my merchandise same day with 0% for 90 days. I will be back and I will refer others to Wholesale Furniture Warehouse.

Before you order anything from this store, you should be aware that this store will not refund your full amount once you have signed and paid for the order! There’s a 25% restocking fee that applies under all situations.
I needed to replace my dining chairs. I went to Wholesale Furniture Warehouse at W. 9^th St, Upland on a Saturday after 5:00PM because I happened to be in the neighborhood. The store was small and did not have a lot of furniture on display. However, the owner Bobby Human was courteous and looked trustworthy. He made me feel like a VIP so I stayed even though they didn’t have the furniture I needed. He told me that most of his customers order from the catalog and asked me do the same to find the chairs that I wanted. I found ones similar to my current dinning chairs. I told Bobby that I needed to show the catalog to my husband and then I would order it over the phone. He said they don’t take phone order. The order must be processed and paid in full in the store. He told me that since it was Saturday evening, he wouldn’t place the order till following Monday anyway, so I would have time to show the picture to my husband over the weekend.
I made my payment by credit card and left the warehouse at 5:30PM. The total charge was almost $ 2,000. An hour later, I went home and showed the picture to my husband. He immediately asked me to cancel the order because he did not feel comfortable with ordering from the catalog. I called Wholesale Furniture Warehouse at 7:15PM and left a message to cancel the order. I then went back to the store again next day on Sunday around 12:00PM. I was told the order had already been processed; the company at the east coast already shipped the chairs, so now I needed to pay the 25% restocking fee.
I was furious with the dishonesty of this store and decided to take the case to my credit card company. My credit card company initially did try to help. But eventually they had to back out because of the piece of paper I signed said that once I pay for it (even though I have not received the merchandise), then it subject to 25% restocking fee. Shame on me for not reading the tiny words carefully before I signed. Shame on the store for them to trick their customers with these kinds of terms.
Wholesale Furniture Warehouse still owes me the full amount and yet they made no attempt to reach out to me in any way. I think my only chance is to go to small claim court. Now that I have reflected on this mess that I brought upon myself, I learned that the credit company couldn’t really protect me. In addition, I learned that I should never buy from a small furniture store. If I had bought from Costco, this would have never been a problem. If I needed to buy from the catalog, I should have bought from a vendor like
, which offers good protection policy for its customers. Companies like
and Costco treat their customers right because they have to. Otherwise, word of mouth will destroy them. Obviously, a small store like Wholesale Furniture Warehouse in Upland wouldn’t really worry about their reputation.

Order some beds from here very good prices that guy who was working gave me a really good discount he also wave my delivery fees will be coming back.

Came here with my husband hoping to get a good deal on furniture but was very disappointed in the customer service. The guy running the place was very rude & just seemed like he wanted us to hurry up & either buy something or get out. Dont plan on ever coming back & theres not even much to look at when you walk in. Most furniture must be viewed in a book and there are no prices in the book to tell you what youre going to be exactly paying for. Also noticed some of the furniture looked a little cheap. So sad it wasnt what i was expecting because we are right down the street and it would have been so convienient

Decent furniture here

Found a good deal on a sectional here. I wanted a different set up than they had displayed and they special ordered for me and had it within a few days. Very reasonable delivery fee. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I did not have a good experience. I purchased a bed and when I received it, it was not the bed I wanted. When I moved the bed, both head board and footboard fell off. The wood slabs holding the mattress up was not screwed in properly, the screws were too short. When I called to have a rep come and see the bed, the guy was rude and not helpful at all. Instead he told me to come in person because he had customers and did not want to talk to me on the phone. I would never purchase from them again. Quality of furniture is very poor.
