Our appointment at Dr. Gray’s took longer than we anticipated; however we were kept updated as to what was happening which was very helpful.

Simply put Dr. Gray is the best. He has treated all five of my children, my wife and now it is my turn. I am elated with the results. Dr. Gray has an old-​school genuine care for his patients. He is never rushed, listens carefully, and treats the patient with a personal touch. This is amazing considering this size of his practice. He has an outstanding resume attending both UCLA and Northwestern Universities. You have to pay a little more for the best, but you can have confidence you will get the best results.

I am so happy with the choice we made to have Dr. Gray provide my son with Orthodontic care. I was a patient of Dr. Gray’s about 25 years ago as a child and I wouldn’t have any other dentist treat my son. He is the best! Dr. Gray and his staff provide the best customer service and are extremely professional!

I am so pleased with my results! Dr. E is my Orthodontist, it’s amazing how every visit he told me what my results would be. He was absolutely right! All of the staff is amazing! I’m so happy I trusted them with my new smile. I did pay a little more but, it was worth every penny. One thing to remember you get what you pay for. Take a tour you will be amazed.

Dr. Ehrler, Janna the treatment coordinator and the lovely assistants do a wonderful job making sure you have a great experience the whole way through. They office is cozy and large with lots of entertainment in the waiting room. The front office is always pleasant. Dr. Ehrler is willing to explain everything and answer all questions.
I got clear braces and it is very unnoticeable and random strangers comment and compliment me on my braces. I highly recommend this office. The price isn’t on the lower end, but it’s not on the higher end and they do not charge extra for repairs or broken brackets/​elastics. It’s an all inclusive deal. I highly recommend checking this office out for a free consultation. You’ll appreciate the staff and service.

I called for a special appointment for my son, his front teeth were starting to push too close together with the rubber bands where he previously had a gap that you were trying to close. Your office was able to fit us in right away. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was festive and clean. Dr. Gray checked the progress of his braces and rubber bands and informed us that he could discontinue one of the rubber bands. I appreciated that Dr. Gray validated my concern and told me he was glad we came in to have his braces checked. As always, we had a great visit!

Everyone there is very professional and welcoming. I was greeted by almost everyone that I came across and was made to feel comfortable. They also made me feel like I was important and they looked forward to seeing me the next time I come.

I was scheduled to have maxillofacial surgery last year, however, due to my new job, I had to postpone the surgery for a year! I was very nervous to notify Dr. Gray about this. But when I did, he said that it is perfectly fine and reassured me that I was actually making the right decision for my future. He told me that I will just be in a holding phase for awhile with my braces, but, that it is absolutely okay! I have been in a holding phase for a few months now, and every time I visit Dr. Gray and his staff they still treat me with the same passion and concern. Here at Gray and Ehrler they truly treat you like family and not like a client!

Dr. Gray and his staff are excellent dentists. The cost is higher than the others but you are getting a premium state of the art office with the latest technology and excellent customer service.

I went to the Gray and Ehrler office for an orthodontic consultation and was blown away with the structure of their orientation process. The office has a full staff and each person has a specific role. They greet you, give you paperwork, tour you you through the office, introduce you to the dentists, and answer your questions along the way. I operate a business, so I am very particular about the service I receive when I go out, and I am always analyzing how the business runs. I am thoroughly impressed with the way the staff handles each patient that comes in the doors. The cleanliness, elegance, testimonial photos throughout the office, kindness, energy, attire, and even the smallest details were spot on!
Everyone here is extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. They were more thorough in this appointment, than anywhere else I have ever been. I have not received formal service here, yet, but I do plan to be back for my orthodontic needs. Truly outstanding! :-)

We are on the follow up end of braces, so we’ve completed most of our process. Each phase of getting braces on, to maintaining them, getting them off & moving to retainers this office has been efficient. They are friendly at ALL times. Their front & back office staff, office manager & orthodontists are professional with excellent patient care. Their payment plan is worthy of the work they do and yer affordable for average So. Cal. families. They encourage their patients to have good character, and they have a reward system for being a good patient. They also offer ways to impact the community positively, from giving good to a local food pantry, to getting gifts for less fortunate children during the holidays!

After two previous rounds of braces at other ortho offices my son’s teeth and under bite were never corrected. We visited at least two other ortho offices and they either would not take him because they said he would need jaw surgery when he was older or to wear a very uncomfortable piece of head gear without guarantee of correction. We finally came to Dr. Gray and less than one year later my son’s braces are off, under bite is gone and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dr. Gray and staff for such a wonderful job and for his beautiful smile!

I woke up with some pain in my cheek due to a wire, I called and they were able to see me right away. I got there and I was also seen right away. They took care of my problem and I made it to work on time too. I love this office and I feel really lucky to be their patient.
