Went here for a tire and got ripped off due to me being in a hurry to get up the hill before traffic first they didn’t even balance the tire I got and tried to give me a tire that was already to the wear indicator And i told him to get a different one and that one was ok then charged me $ 35 plus a $ 5 fee for debit DONT EVER GO HERE I won’t be back even thinking about spending my day off out front of this scam place with a sign warning people of them do your self a favor and go to the place on GROVE ST in Ontario better tire for $ 25 debit or cash and they will balance them. One thing I learned is even if in a hurry don’t settle for anything you don’t like

I’ve come here time after time and never got any work done by them. My grandfather is good friends with the owner and I told my grandpa that the guy is a snake. Prices are inconsistent, too much of a sissy lala to patch my tire after I ran over a nail. Charges for every little thing even if the mistake is his. I came a couple of weeks ago and asked for 2 new tires for my back and they took the tires off my car and as they’re about to mount the tires they realize the tires are off and charge me for the fact they took the tires off. I threw the money on the floor and told them I’ll bolt my tires back on. Customer service is ass. Its either give or take with this place and they just lost a customer.

Bought some new tires online and decided to get them put on over here. Charged me $ 60 including balancing. Took about 45 min. Overall, great deal and my car is smoother than ever.

Second tire replaced within a 30 day period. Spoke to owner said oh well I’ll sell you another tire. We almost died on the freeway the tire must have has something injected in it because it came apart on the inside

What I like about this place is the fact that they have ²⁴⁄₇ service. That ’round the clock convenience is what I like and what makes me keep coming back. Apart from the fact on my account of my bad luck with my tires and nails on the road, I also appreciate the fast and friendly service here as well. I would give 5 stars if not for one of the times I came here the tire I had repaired had a hole and leaked air from the start. They did fix it for a discount however.
So if you’re in the area and you’re having any issues day or night, I highly recommend the folks over at Hernandez Tire Shop.

Ok Upland, there is a new sheriff in town. These guys are great and fast and they have the lowest prices in town. I walked in at 11 they didn’t have my tires in stock and had to run to get them. They got them by noon and I was out of there by 1230. I found my new tire shop. This is a family owned shop and they treat you like family. As a student I can’t thank them enough for the prices and all of their help.

I’ve been here twice in the past two weeks. I picked up a screw last week, that required a patch. It was done quickly. Took him longer to get the spare back up on the holder in my Chevy Uplander.
Today, I had a metal shard that just needed a plug. Took three minutes or less. Quick efficient. Pep Boys was $ 20 and took well over an hour and they made me feel they didn’t want my business.
THIS is my new place for tire repair. and he will get my tire business next month.

They worked quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable for my four tires on my Honda CRV. I will definitely get my brakes done here in the next few months.

After a bad experience at Tire Pros down the str I came across this place. The attendant immediately got off his personal call, was friendly and quoted me $ 8 for a patch. This small mom and pop place rocks!

I stumbled upon this gem on a Saturday. My mb tire light kept coming on. I had taken it to a Pep Boys and they had told me my driver’s side front tire had a slow leak from a nail but they did not have time to repair it. I thought slow leak meant I had time – had tire pressure filled in the evening before heading out from work and the next morning the tire lot was on again. I was desperate given it was a Saturday and saw that Hernandez tire was open until 6pm. I arrived at 3pm to a very helpful father and son duo who quickly took the tire off and showed me that the nail was actually not causing any leak in the car but showed me after submerging my tire that the leak was actually from an area that my rim had actually cracked and that the leak was fast and dangerous. I wasn’t sure what to do and they initially told me it would take a couple days to repair – and I needed my car– or that a new rim would cost upwards of 800 dollars. The father and son duo saw my stress and made a couple of phone calls and were able to get the job done within three hours (welded the rim like new and gave me a warranty on his work). There isn’t much seating to wait so he put my spare on my car and let me leave and called my cell when it was ready. Needless to say, they stayed until much after 6pm that Saturday to get my car done and I am very thankful. He also gave me his cell phone in case I had any after hour emergencies. Great customer service, great attention to detail, affordable prices and most importantly honest! I will be back.
