Super nice guy! Offered me water and snacks right away. Probably the easiest and fastest smog check procedure ever. Prices were excellent with AAA membership. I had a small window to get it smog checked and it was done quickly and efficiently

Quick and easy with service with a smile!

Great experience had two people in front of me. I was in and out with in 30 minutes of arrival without an appointment. 51 dollars and was able to get my registration renewed. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick and easy smog check. Well worth the 50 bucks. There is no population burst at this place.

Very nice guy I’m glad I came to this place as you never know what to expect. He took me in right away 10 mts later it was all done. He also gave me suggestions on how to obtain my tags faster since I needed them right away he said go to AAA if you’re a member, which I am. Also he noted on receipt that if it didn’t pass there’d be no charge. What an honest business 2 thumbs up and 5 stars easy.

Came for a smog check right before they closed and they gladly took us and the worker offered us water and soda and we were in and out faster then expected! Definitely not kidding about the 10minute wait i read from the previous reviews. I drove here from fontana and will be bringing all my cars and recommending people to come here:)

Really is 10 mins in and out, cold drink and fair prices, probably not cheap but worth it for the efficiency. Would recommend!

Just like everyone else… these guys are great. I have been using them for many years. Even followed them from a previous location. Only thing is… their number is (909) 920‑1188 and hours 8 – 6 m-​f & 8 – 5 sat are not as easy to find online as they could be.

First visit… not the last. Very quick and efficient and great customer service. Offered $ 10 discount because I mentioned Unilocal.Also offered water or soda. Got the inspection done and on my way. Thank you!

This place is very close to my work area. Yung and Lupe are very friendly. The service is fast, just pulled up my car, handed them the key and filled out a form. They asked me if I want any soda or water while waiting. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes then that is done. Fast and great services. Will come again!

I’ve been coming here for years, and he never disappoints me. Hand down great, fast, very courteous service. Reasonable prices. Seeing him run around, just to attend to me… makes me feel valued as a costumer.

Approached us as soon as we pulled up. Asked a couple of questions about the car and unhesitatingly gave us a $ 10 discount. Service was just about 20 minutes for a little over $ 50. Briefly discussed the results and showed us proof that it was sent to the dmv. Awesome service!!!

I have been to Advance Auto Smog Check twice in the past 6 months for two of my cars and all I can say is WOW! in and out on a Sunday morning in less than 10 minutes. The owner is super cool and offers you something to drink while you wait.

Came across them based on Unilocal reviews; turns out, i used to go to them when they were off of San Antonio. Great service then and now! Very fast, offered a drink and got it done in about 10minutes. amazing! great service, nice guys; highly recommended.

So I needed to have my Element smogged this year before getting my registration, and being new to the area I came to Unilocal to see if anyone’s written any reviews of the smog stations in my new town. Several popped up, but I locked onto Advance Auto Smog Check for some reason. After quickly reading the reviews and tips, I made up my mind.
It’s so close to me, it’s ridiculous! I rolled out of the house after cleaning and loading in the last of the laundry, and drove down the street to look for the location. It’s pretty dead-​on what the other reviewers had mentioned: right near Lowe’s and the donut shop.
I pulled into the parking lot and identified the smog station stall. It’s a part of a larger auto shop complex. Looks like they do all sorts of work here, including body repair and paint. After parking my car, I walked up to the open garage and waited for the man to come out to meet me. I was the only person in line for his services.
The man was, i thought, eccentric. He as nice, but asked really direct questions. He wasn’t being rude. I think he needs direct answers to see if you qualify for a smog check or something like that. Shrug it off and just answer the questions and you’ll be fine. BTW, just like Mei C.‘s review said, he will ask if you’re a AAA member. I am, so I said yes. That got me a $ 10 discount. Awesome.
Once he had all the information he needed, he’ll hand you the clipboard and ask you to fill out your part of the form — your name, address, and phone number. Don’t forget to sign at the bottom and date the form.
While I was doing that, he had taken my keys and moved the car into position to begin testing. My Element is AWD, and I made sure to mention that to him so he wouldn’t park it on the dyno, since they don’t have dual-​axle dynos at this facility.
I walked away to look at FB and Unilocal,and literally within 10 minutes I was ready to go! Certificate sent electronically to the DMV, costs broken down for you clearly, and he didn’t even have to break a sweat. Total cost for me was $ 51 and change. 20 minutes of my day. Awesome.
I should have asked what else they all do, since their location is so convenient. Maybe next time. I know one thing for sure… I will gladly recommend Advance Auto Smog Check to anyone, and will surely visit them again in two years!

I come here for smog check every year. The shop was moved from couple blocks away. I like to come here for several reasons. The technicians are very friendly. They always offer me free soda or bottled water. The wait is about 10 mins. Since I am a AAA member they always give me a $ 10 discount.
My mom said she also got a $ 10 senior discount on her last check.

I’m new to California and this whole «smog check» thing, so I have no point of reference in evaluating this business, but I can certainly say that my own experience was a positive one. My family has two cars and I took them both to this location (which, as the other reviewer mentioned, should be listed as 1775 W Foothill – not 775 – behind Route 66 Auto Repair). I took one car on Tuesday and the next on Wednesday. Though different men were working each day, I was in both cases treated well. The workers operated quickly, treated me respectfully, offered me a beverage (water or soda, I think), and gave me a place to sit under a tent (outdoors) to watch their tv or read one of the magazines they provided. The cost was just over fifty bucks, but I think it can vary depending on your vehicle. I went mid-​day and waited about twenty minutes on Tuesday, ten minutes on Wednesday. I’ll go back here again next time I need a smog check.

First of all, they have moved to 1775 W. Foothill Blvd. They are now located in one of the bays behind Route 66 Auto Repair, which is near the In-​n-​Out and about 4 buildings away from the Lowe’s. Now to the review…
Let’s face it, having to get your car smogged is not high on the list of fun ways to spend your time. It’s just one of those things we do because we have to every two years, so you might as well go some place where you will be treated well and where your patronage is appreciated!
I have been taking my vehicles to Advance Auto Smog Check for many years. The guys are always courteous and professional. They know what they are doing and they won’t try to rip you off. They’re also very quick! The smog check takes about 10 minutes and, of course, they will transmit your results to the DMV electronically.
Each time that I have had occasion to visited, I am always greeted promptly, given an expected wait time (if there are other cars ahead of me) and offered a seat and a beverage. What great service!
The two guys always thank me for my business and they remember when I come back.
As smog check places go, you really won’t find a better place than Advance Auto Smog Check!
