One hour later my turn for the X-​ray. They don’t know much here either two other people went In before me. One guy complained about that and they just shrugged it off as business as usual

Very Kind doctor, did first foot surgery perfectly. Second surgery on other foot not great — maybe he didn’t get his coffee that morning, needed a 2^nd surgery and left me with such poor alignment that I could not walk and needed another 3^rd surgery on the foot by a different doctor (costing me lots of money). Ordered 2 pair of orthotics with LaRose’s office they came in wrong multiple times. Refuse to refund my money $ 700 because they kept being made incorrectly. They also messed up insurance charges and rebilled so many times I have no clue what is correct. Now office billing manager insists that I owe them money on «services rendered» despite the fact that I did not (bad orthotics) and had poor surgical outcome. Its really disgusting how it all happened. LaRose is a sweet doctor but he needs to be more proactive regarding his billing manager but more importantly, he needs to be more competent with the complex Lapidus surgery.
