I wanted a one time deep cleaning and called a few companies. Maid in upland seemed to be the most reasonably priced, and booking was easy. The cleaning was mediocre at best, and the ladies were very late to our appointment. The owner seems to just collect bookings online then disperse them to cleaning ladies that he’s never even met.

I have a rental house that I needed to be cleaned after the tenants moved out. The tenants left it pretty dirty, particularly the kitchen, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for the entire year that they lived there.
I hired Maids in Upland to clean the house. I booked the cleaning online, which was great. The house has 3 bedrooms and I got the deep clean because I knew it was pretty dirty. The price was fair, but it doesn’t really matter to me since it’s coming out of the tenants’ security deposit anyway! The cleaners showed up on time and did a great job, especially in the kitchen.
I hope to get a long term tenant in there soon so I hope to not have to hire a cleaning service again in the near future, but when I do, I’ll definitely use these guys again. I just hope to get the same detailed cleaning ladies I got this time.
