Wanted some good food with my beer but instead got a sad excuse for a sandwich. Pulled pork smoked dry with no sauce on a bun. That’s it. literally the blandest sandwich I’ve ever eaten. So disappointing when you waste good money on shitty food. Plus it was so overpriced I’m actually kind of pissed right now

Pork and chicken sandwiches were too smoked. Took the flavor out of it. Sandwich was in dire need of sauce, was too dry. Not a good selection of food. I want to get my hands dirty with BBQ, not choose from 5 different sandwiches. You want to keep eating real good food, and I didn’t want to finish it. Overall bland and boring.

I don’t know if they’re actually a restaurant, but I’ve had them a couple times when I was starving at Dale Bros and in the mood for something other than the vending machine. Both times were a disappointment. The first time I had a tri tip sandwich. The bread was not tasty and the meat was at least alright. Today I had the nachos. They put some nasty cream based sauce along with disgusting fake yellow «cheese» all over cheap tortilla chips, very little meat too. Never again. I’ll just bring my own food when they come or eat from the vending machine.

We hired John to cater my husband’s birthday party at Old Stump Brewery without having tasted his food, so we were a little skeptical going in. We didn’t need to be. The food was EXCELLENT! We had three sides: BBQ Beans, Mac and Cheese and Potatoes. All were good, but the main hit was the meat. The habanero mango chicken was flavorful and moist with a nice kick (but not too much). The BBQ pork and tri-tip were also excellent. Thanks, John and MESquite BBQ for a wonderful party!

John Mes has been at Dale Bros almost every Sunday for nearly 3 years. His Tri-Tip is smoked to perfection. He also has some amazing mango-habanero chicken that he marinates in beer from the brewery for hours before smoking it. The pork is also very good. If you don’t know what to try, you can get the Tri-fecta nachos that comes with generous amounts of all three meats, cheese, chips, beans and a special siracha mayo sauce. It is very good to say the least. Check them out sometime at Dale Bros. A+

Delicious! We had them outside of Dale Bros. We had the IPA BBQ pork sandwich & steak w/bell peppers & onion sandwich. The bbq pork was awesome with great flavor & a nice occasional crunch on some end pieces, which I loved! Steak sandwich meat was cooked well all the way through with a good spice to it. Highly recommend!

John knows want he is doing when it comes to his Tri tip all the way to his wood. He and his crew/family do amazing job with the food and costumer service.
I hope to keep seeing Mesquite BBQ at Dales Bro s Brew.
