Horrible experience. Mitch refers to mixed children as mullatos, seriously what decade is he stuck in.

I went to Mitch to learn the accordion when I was 8. He was teaching out of a dusty old place on holt blvd, that was outdated then. I remember a lot of green and an old smell inside. Out front, the ladies of the night would hoot and Hollar at every car that drove by. Lol It was one of my best childhood memories. I’m 32 now and haven’t seen him since. I was very pleased to see him still at it. There was this girl who had an older brother, maybe 14 or 16, that would come and watch. Back then some people thought it was cool to suck on a pacifier. I know you remember that guy mitch lol. I don’t play the accordion anymore, nor am I a professional musician. I learned much more than the ability to play an instrument from Mitch. He gave me confidence so that I could play in front of people I even had the balls to play that instruments in front of my entire elementary class that year. I’ve taken that foundation of confidence to help me succeed throughout life. Over 20 years later and not playing a lot. I’ve been invited by a professional singer to back her up with guitar. She’s asked me to play for a group of over 50 people. I thought about it for a sec and said if you can give me the music sheets, which i first learned to read from mitch, I’ll do it. If you’re looking for a teacher who will dedicate his time to his students I strongly recommend going to Mitch. Mitch, you’ve done much more than you’ll ever know for me in life, thank you sir.

The owner Mitch is awesome! The place is very clean and intimate. They offer conga lessons; which i love!!! I plan on signing my daugter up for the voice lessons here too! I checked out a few other places but i eally like this one!

This place is great, and you or your child can learn one instrument, or a variety of them. The owner (and piano teacher), Mitch is super-​nice, really experienced, and will work with you and your budget. Of course, if you pre-​pay 6 months or more, you save a lot. The teachers are really patient and they work together well. No jealousy here — you can switch around as much as you like. My daughter started out with guitar and then changed to piano with no problems. They are open evenings and weekends and it’s just a friendly place to be. If you go by, and they aren’t there, call and leave a message — you’ll get a call back for sure.
