Great little spot in Upland, unless you know the area, it might be hard to find. But it’s in an adorable home, furnished and decorated very nicely — reminds me of my grandparents, but in a good way lol. Even though the weather was warm outside, we were comfortable and enjoyed a very filling breakfast. I’m excited to try their lunch and dinner meals in the future, I’ll be back!

This is a cute place to have brunch. I loved the patio seating. The food was solid and tasty. My one complaint is that the cocktails are a little weak.

What a great restaurant and the food is just as great if not even better. The location is also great, surrounded by historical buildings in Upland. A must for everyone to visit and enjoy, a true gem of Upland.

First time here thanks to Unilocal.Quaint little place… love finding gems like Molly’s. Outdoor seating, benches lined the side walk(makes us think that this place can get pretty busy), lots of character, friendly staff, great atmosphere. I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette and added Ortega chilies with sour dough toast… Delicious and great portions. Boyfriend ordered the Country Fried Steak… he always has to try it from a new place we check out. He said it had great flavor, but breading was a bit thick. Crunchy on the outside but inside was a bit doughy. The meat had great flavor. We both agreed that their home fried potatoes was ahhhmazing. Bits of slightly burnt crunch cooked to perfection firm and flavorful on the inside. Y’all have to come check it out yourself. Would highly recommend Molly’s. Will definitely be back to try more from their menu!

The food is still as great as always but can they upgrade the coffee. I know I’m not going to Starbucks or a place that dedicates them self to just COFFEE but you really need to have a choice of coffee than the standard commercial stock coffee. Sorry to rant about coffee but I had a great breakfast but it sucked that I couldn’t enjoy my meal completely because of the WEAK coffee.

This is one of my favorite breakfast spots. It’s a Victorian house that serves great breakfast food and I believe they have lunch too. They’re only open til 2 though. It’s in a great area in downtown right by the firefighter station, and library. I definitely recommend trying their Cinnamon bun! Yummy!

Sadly I have to update. The young makeup matted waitress missed a lot of marks for our party of 4. Only to have the nice older lady server who we are used to come to the rescue with my coffee cup replacement. Replacement because the first cup had a very noticeable red lipstick smudge. Eewwww. Then young lady did not take orders right and forgot another component of an entrée and all of our side breads. What the — ? Make service better please!

The husband and I decided to try Molly’s Souper for the first time and went on a Saturday just before 9:30am, and the Lemon Festival happened to be that day too. We were greeted by a not so enthused hostess and we asked to sit inside. She presented us with a teeny tiny table that could not have been any bigger than a 20 inch by 20 inch square. Both my husband and I are quite petite people and are used to fitting into tight spaces, but this table was too small for even us. I asked if there was anything larger, but we were told that for two people, there was not, so on we sat. The server that came to take our order was friendly, but he seemed to want us to rush and put our order in. After informing him that it was our first time there, he said he would come back. When he arrived back, he said, «Ok, I gave you two minutes». Alright… The husband ordered a «Your Name Here» Omeltte and I ordered a concoction of sides which consisted of: a sausage patty, cup of fruit, potatoes, and a cinnamon roll. We both thought everything was a bit bland tasting except the cinnamon roll. Their cinnamon roll was very delicious. As we ate our food items one by one, the staff wouldn’t come by to pick up our empty dishes(that were taking up valuable space on our very tiny table). The plates were of different sizes so we weren’t able to just put them under the plate that we were then currently eating off of or else it wouldn’t have been an issue. Perhaps it was a bad day for Molly’s Souper because of the Lemon Festival, but our experience was one in which we do not wish to return.

This place is across the street from the Upland Library. I went here once for lunch with a large work group in May about 4 years ago. The food was good, but nothing spectacular. It’s normally not the type of place I’d ever dine at on my own. They say there are reports of paranormal activity. Glad I never knew that before I went! Nothing happened while I was there.

This is a little breakfast joint with lots of outdoor seating. It’s also one of those«behind the times» places that is really just mediocre. If it weren’t for the 5-star service, I probably wouldn’t have bothered with a review, but the wait staff was nothing less than wonderful! Veronica and her associates were amazing. I wasn’t sure what to order and Veronica said, «Let me order for you…» She brought out a nice little dish of juevos rancheros. The dish had nice flavors, but the meal didn’t really fill me up(I guess I need to cut down on the food anyway before I start looking like Humpty Dumpty). Overall food rating was just«okay» in the 3 star range. I really didn’t like their silverware. I can’t believe I’m even commenting on it, but they use those really cheap, thin, forks that bend easily and are one step up from a spork. Here is what chapped my hide. With two stars you know it has to be something more than their forks, right? They charge .50 extra because I wanted to use my debit card instead of paying cash. In this age where cash is getting less and less frequent to use, finding places like this with this archaic practice is sad. No retailer… may impose a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit card(or debit card) in lieu of payment by cash, check or similar means… Cal. Civ. Code § 1748.1(a)(West) Discounts for Cash Payments are allowed in California «A retailer may, however, offer discounts for the purpose of inducing payment by cash, check or other means not involving the use of a credit card, provided that the discount is offered to all prospective buyers.

It was not what I expected, tbh. I actually went through a few reviews and really thought I would have a delicious homemade breakfast. We left pretty disappointed. It was a family breakfast on a Sunday. We all ordered different plates and none of us were impressed. I had a basic breakfast. Eggs, pancakes and bacon. How can you go wrong with that? Don’t know! It was ok. It wasn’t gross. I gave them a 3 star, but it wasn’t yummy. The pancakes did not melt in your mouth and they are certainly not buttermilk pancakes. I also thought the bacon was close to being on the burnt side. The place is cool overall. The patio outside has lots of seating and shade. I would not go for an entire meal, but perhaps for a cup of coffee to enjoy in the patio.

Always warm and welcoming, Molly’s Souper is one of our favorite breakfast spots. The portions are large but they offer a ½ portion alternative as well. The patio is doggy friendly and covered so even on a drizzly day you can still enjoy that cup of joe. Molly’s is a corner location so parking is ample and service is always warm and welcoming. Five stars for being a local favorite and great go-to breakfast spot.

What a gem! This place is cozy and intimate. The ambiance is warm and the staff makes you feel like family. Stopped through here on my way to Palm Springs one summer… So happy I did! Coming here was like visiting grandma’s house and she caters to you with love. She makes sure your coffee is always filled, you have what you need to enjoy your meal, and attention when you need anything. Beautiful find! Excited to visit this place again! :)

Like the food! Ordered oatmeal and great venue. Great place for people having a meal by themselves. The place is decorated with vintage plates and country. I’m looking forward to trying other dishes next time. They’re oatmeal came with raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon. It was great. I like they’re patio area. I was told they also have a fireplace. Gotta try this place out once. Only thing I have to say is, the servers are all over the place and had to ask for the same thing a few times. Don’t pay with card because there is a fee.

Great service, cute area of downtown, and loved the outdoor seating. We came here on a whim after the first restaurant we tried that had big signs for 7am opening and advertised breakfast was still closed at 7:30am — and glad we did! Traditional breakfast offerings such as pancakes and French toast, and some southern breakfast items like country fried steak and biscuits and gravy. Simple, no-frills, but great outdoor seating on a beautiful sunny day. The service was very attentive, both the waiters and waitresses both stopped by many times to check up on us to make sure we had enough coffee refills, teas, etc. Reasonably priced as well, will highly recommend this place. Hungry Kat, approved.

I love Molly’s!!! Such a cute and cozy place to have breakfast. I’ve been here a few times and I always get the Chicken Fried Steak. It comes with country fried potatoes and either a side of biscuits with gravy or toast. Their short stack with butter and syrup is yummy!!! Customer service is great!!! The only thing I can complain is that their coffee should be stronger. It’s also dog friendly in the outdoor patio area.

Molly’s Souper had over 900 reviews and at 4 stars so I just had to stop by as we were in the area and I love breakfast food! I was super in awe with how adorable the place was. They had blankets in their outdoor patio and inside it just looked like your everyday mom and pop shops with cute quotes and antique collections of teacups. The server seemed like he was all over the place, he brought us tea and was hurry to leave the table, he made orders in such a hurry that i was almost scared to ponder on what i wanted. The food itself was pretty decent, but remember everyone this is one of the few american places ive been to that doesn’t accept CC.

Overall mediocre breakfast place. It’s a cute location and cozy inside. Came here around 11am on a Monday and it was pretty crowded, but we were seated immediately. Food came out super fast too. I had the Apple Belgian Waffle special. Just a regular belgian waffle which is still pretty yummy. Wasn’t a huge fan of the apple sauce they had on top though. It also came with apple sausage which was good, and an egg of your choice. I had sunny side up, can’t go wrong with that. My friend ordered a side of french toast which she enjoyed and was good to me, I’m not picky when it comes to breakfast I guess. Nothing stood out as spectacular here. I would definitely give them another shot and try other things on their menu. REMEMBERTOBRINGCASH! They charge 50 cents for debit cards. They DON’T accept credit cards!
