I loved living here and was sad I had to move. Management and maintenance were professional and on top of things. Beautifully maintained grounds and nice neighbors. I personally had zero problems at move out as far as costs. They were completely fair and honest with me.

The proprety mangrer, Tyonni, is great! Very personable, caring and really looks out for the better interest of renters. Ive lived here for almost a year now, well be renewing our lease. Also, Rodney, the maintenance man, is awesome! Doesnt make you feel uncomfortable fixing your maintenence issues when youre home, and definitely is someone i can trust to enter and fix things when im not home. The property is very quiet, always clean, and the little stream that goes through is the sweetest little touch! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to move out for the first time!

Although i had to move further east due to my job the management of where I live now is totally different from management at MV. For one the manager of where I live now is hardly ever to be found, he beats to his own drum I guess and all the tenants says the same thing, it’s so hard to get a hold of him, his hours are supposed to be 9 – 5 but he’s actually here only 3 hrs and sometimes does not come at all. Weekends? what a joke he doesn’t work weekends either.
The girls at MV were always there unless they are out to lunch or showing apts to prospective guest. I so miss it there but unfortunately I had to move far east due to my job.
Mountain View have professional people working there who can be FOUND, the grounds are nicer, I never smelled weed while living there compared to where I live now, too much ghettoish weed smoking people. I had to cut back so I’m only here temporarily anyway until I get a higher degree in nursing. The only advantage of living where I’m at now is there is more parking but other than that, everything else is better at MV. I so miss it there.

As a current resident of this apartment complex and will be until the end of the year, I am currently awaiting to hear from the management company of this property before I write my full review. Until them I will just leave it as a 1 star.

This place ROBS you! Do NOT move in here. They will charge you double what you put in for a deposit when you move out! Oh, my deposit was $ 200 less than new carpet? Very convenient. Extra utilities charges? Great. Unnecessary renters insurance? Go right ahead. I would not recommend to ANYBODY! I had and will continue to have nothing but a negative experience with this horrible property. Overpriced, 20 year old appliances, and big fat contract loopholes. Careful to all who haven’t had the joy of trying to find a nonexistent parking space or tried to wash their clothes in broken community laundry facilities. Moving out was the best decision I ever made!

Other reviewer must be somewhere else why do I stay? I can’t see moving for the cost. One more year. The manager lies and just rented a one bedroom to a family of five I see the have a bed under the kitchen counter. Parking is worse than before they don’t address the issues

I lived in Mountain View Apartments for the past two years and fully expected to be there for several more years, but finally moved out this past week. In the past two years, there have been 3 different managers. The first two were fine, but the new management are the most unprofessional and uncaring that I have ever experienced. With so many apartment choices, why stay at a place that could care less? I believe that many of the professional people who lease there will be letting their leases expire and move out. It is a shame, but management really does makes a difference, both good and bad, and unfortunately, in this case, bad. Since the new management have come in, the maintenance has shown a decline as evidenced by the once nice stream that goes through the facility is now milky. The quality of the residents has shown a noticeable decline. The really sad part is that the current management is totally unaware that their smug attitude is causing a deterioration in their once very good apartment complex.
