Nekter Juice Bar

Had the Acai Banana Berry bowl and the Popeye’s Acai smoothie and … it’s an absolutely AMAZING combination !!! I’ve had an Acai bowl before at another juice shop, but this blows the competition away. The acai is so flavorful and tasty; not to forget the freshest, sweetest fruit, and crunchy, sweet granola. It is so yummy and satisfying !!! This is a MUST try for anyone craving a nutritious and sweet treat.

I love Nektar but the service is still so slow and the product is becoming inconsistent. Came here 2 Saturday’s ago and again today. Both times we had to wait a reallllly long time and they messed up the orders. First time they forgot my smoothie. Second time (today) we got a mango acai bowl which was super runny.
I love the freshness of Nektar but they need to work on training their employees better. They had 4 ppl working and it wasn’t very busy. But still such a long wait. Plus everyone had their head down back in the kitchen. There were no spoons and no one even looked up. I got tired of waiting so just stepped behind the counter and grabbed my own spoon from the lower shelf.
Come on guys!

Ordered a large smoothie. I saw 2 prices on the board. Most expensive was $ 7.95. I was charged $ 9.95. When I asked her why I was told that a 32oz. Was 9.95. I was pissed. It should have been on the price list. Won’t be going back. Too expensive. Don’t mind paying 7.95 but, 9.95 is too much!!!

Love how convenient they are to pick up your juice bag and leave! The juices don’t taste as good as fresh juices but they are delicious and convenient !

I love Nekter. There isn’t a choice on the menu that I don’t just love! The drinks at this particular location though, are hit and miss. The consistency in the blending differs from day to day. They aren’t as ready to greet you in this location as they are in Rancho and Pasadena. Today, I wasn’t greeted until I got to the counter. I use the app to order ahead (which I absolutely love) and they always seem confused when I ask for my order when I get in the store. I will be going to Rancho for awhile. Hope Upland improves.

I love this place, the acai bowls are so good. I also recommend the green juice. The employees are always so friendly too.

I hate not to be able to give a five star BUT 1^st off as I walked in team nékter looks asleep. Or maybe it’s that I’m use to the rancho ladies being perky.
I noticed they are not on top of them game And my normal drink was different :-/​. This Location needs to be cleaner. Owner needs to be here at 7am to see how busy they are maybe more team members will have better service he/​she only has two peeps here and customers are none stop! Crazy it’s only 7:52am they need more help here

Nekter is open early and they always act happy to see someone walk in! Customer service is my #1 and so far everyone I’ve come across there has been amazing! Their juice is great! You won’t be disappointed.

Place is super clean and uses the best fruit and unfortunately that just simply costs money. I have yet to find another place that has all the choices and options that Nekter offers and will always appreciate the times I get to come here. Unfortunately I can’t make it a regular occurrence do to the prices.

I love coming here to get a juice. I really appreciate the fact that every time I come in the store everybody smiles and says hi.
The manager Rochelle is always there to say hi to me by name and even notices when I haven’t been in. It’s really a nice juice bar with nice people!

Tried the toxin flush, it was bomb. I was expecting it to taste like grass but to my surprise I was delighted after taking that first sip. Couldn’t stop sipping on it. Freakin scrumptious!
The girls were very nice too. Which is a huge plus. Their tip jar is hilarious too lol I like that. Someone should take a pic of it and post it up here. If it’s not already on here, idk. Thanks to Unilocal I found this spot, otherwise I would have never known it existed.

This store is always clean and my drink is consistently delicious! I recently discovered that they have a rewards program through their app and I’m very excited to start earning free drinks. I do wish they advertised that they have an app though; I found out through a friend, but I’ve been going to this location for a while now.

This is my favorite place ever! Everything is so good! I’ve had just about everything and my family and I are now addicted! You gotta use the app to order. It’s way faster. They are very busy and it takes time to make the things that they make, so be patient! It’s worth it! The girls in there are all so sweet, and helpful:) it took a little bit to work out all the kinks, but they got it now! Even the items for sale in the store like the bottled drinks and cherry bomb, almond tosi, and protein poppers are delicious and very good to have before you work out. The little beat is fabulous to have two hours before a workout, makes you workout like a boss!

Nectar is a very beautiful place. the smoothies are delicious and I love the healthy options. the prices are a little bit on the high side, they would probably sell a lot more product if the prices were a bit lower but overall definitely will keep coming here.

I’ve come here a few times when I’m on a health binge because the drinks are pretty good. However the staff is kind of rude and always seems to have an attitude. I was helped my a young man one time and he was extremely nice and even gave me and some friends some recommendations but every other time I’ve come the girls working the registers are short with me and have awful customer service skills. Some small talk wouldn’t kill them, or at least saying hello how are you… Otherwise it’s a nice little place, very clean and relaxing.

Delicious! If I ever need a refreshing healthy snack/​drink, Nekter is the place to go.
Drinks:
–Banana Berry Burst: If you’re looking for a sweet berry smoothie, this is your go-​to. Very refreshing! I loved this smoothie and am not surprised in anyway that this is one of the most popular drinks.
–Tropical Cooler: If you’re looking for a green drink then tropical cooler. This isn’t a very sweet smoothie. Very grassy type of drink. Also very refreshing.
–Pink Flamingo: Pineapple fans, this is your drink. The pineapple flavor was definitely the first flavor that stood out to me most. It definitely stands out but isn’t too overpowering compared to the mix of all of the other fruit.
Food:
–Acai Banana Berry Bowl ($ 6.95): Talk about a healthy lunch. This bowl is filled to the rim with fresh fruit.
I will definitely be back. This would make a great pick me up after a nice workout or even a nice healthy breakfast.

I was craving an acai bowl and stopped by Nekter on the way home from work.
Nekter Juice Bar is located within The Colonies Crossroads shopping plaza in Upland by Campus Avenue and 19^th Street. They are located in «Zone C» which is by the Nordstrom Rack, Toys R’ Us and in between The Habit Burger Grill and Which Wich (opening soon).
Upon entering, there’s a narrow aisle on the left hand side where customers can form a line to order and they have seating on the right. They offer a few snacks and bottled drinks. Their menu lists juice, smoothies, and acai bowls.
I ordered the Banana Berry acai bowl at $ 6.95. (the price already included the tax).
The first thing I did was taste the acai by itself first. It wasn’t that sweet, but once you eat it with the granola mixture and fruit, it was absolute perfection. In contrast, the acai bowls at Robek’s are way too sweet.
The one negative I have to point out was that they didn’t blend my acai long enough. There was a large frozen piece in the middle.
Other than that, I like the fact they are pretty close to my house and I don’t have to go to Bowl of Heaven in La Verne the next time I have an acai bowl craving.
I will bring my husband next time to try some more menu items.

I did my undergrads in Irvine and now I am working in Irvine too so I have been long spoiled with Nektar. I love Nektar! I had a phase where I would eat their acai bowls for dinner at least once a week. I was quite excited when Nektar opened in Upland back in September… however this specific location was beyond disappointing.
The girl who took my order was as unfriendly as unhelpful as it gets. I was casually asking her for a recommendation because I wanted to buy one of the juice bottles in the fridge to save for after my work out. She replied with a snotty attitude and said, «I haven’t tried any.» Wow… you should really know the product that you’re selling. A smart answer would have been, «X and Y is a popular choice amongst many of
our customers.» Or something like that…
So I was like nevermind w that juice… and I ordered a small Chocolate Dream Smoothie ($ 4.95/16oz).
THIS DRINK TOOK FOREVER! The place wasn’t even busy and somehow they took forever making my smoothie… AND the guy in line behind me who ordered a large of the SAME THING got his order before I did. What tha heck!!!
I basically had it with this place… The parking is horrible and I love overpaying for juices but I refuse to deal with incompetent customer service. Love the product, but I’ll stick to overpaying for my juice and acai bowls while I’m in Irvine.
