let’s be honest, it’s usually not too crowded at this location. unless it’s like over 90 degrees outside (which is like 50% of the year *eye roll*) so yeah. it gets a bit busier during the summer, but still better than a regular jamba. plus you go buy groceries after! but anyways… service…meh. since they’re usually not busy, they can take their time and are used to taking their time so boo on efficiency. but at least they’re all very nice!
**newly discovered drink: CHILI MANGO SMOOTHIE! I hope they keep this 5ever. it’s delicious. trust me on this one!

Smoothies did not taste like they were made correctly. Tried to order smoothies other than a classic smoothie, but the employee told me she was not familiar with the products and could only make the classic smoothies. Will not go back

One start only because 0 isn’t an option. Worst service ever, I came here last Sunday and received the worst service ever. The girls who took and prepared my order were extremely rude and childish. They have zero customer service skills and seemed very uneducated. Based on their attitude and the way I was treated I will NEVER be returning to this location. Tip for management, be more selective on who you hire. Their lack of professionalism directly reflects the company. I love Jamba Juice, but this location definitely needs their staff to be retrained.

First time here based on being in this neighborhood and felt like having one of my favorite freshly squeezed juice, Tropical Greens.
This location was inside of a Von’s grocery store and was considered a ‘little different’ as the friendly young ladies behind the counter explained. As a result, they did not have all of the choices compared to the normal franchise locations. Although I wasn’t able to get Tropical Greens freshly squeezed juice, I was able to get one of the Jamba juices latest coconut smoothies, coconut lime. It was delicious.
If I am in this neighborhood in the future, I would definitely swing by here again.

I love Jamba Juice and this location (inside Vons) is great! They are never busy and always helpful! I typically get the Apples n Greens smoothie but just recently started getting the acai bowls! They’re delicious!

In case you end up wandering around the strip mall looking for the Jamba Juice, this one can be find INSIDE the Vons.
I have newfound appreciation for my never being more than 3 miles away from Jamba Juice wherever I go. Especially now that I have not only a picky toddler but also a sick one who has not been able to keep any solid food down for over 11 days and is relying wholly on breastmilk, ice cubes, and smoothies for nutrition… my single gripe is that there are often many inconsistencies in the end product.
90% of the time I go to Jamba Juice I order a large Apples & Greens, replacing the banana (which makes my strange toddler gag) with blueberries.
Well… however it was that Jasmyne (?) made the smoothie 2 days ago, it turned out a bit more delicious than usual. It was a bit more purple so the blueberries likely deserve some credit. She was also very friendly for someone manning this Jamba Juice alone on a Tuesday evening. She handled the register and made me my smoothie all in less time than some of the other Jamba Juices I’ve visited with 4 employees working behind the counter. It was also blended smoothly (no chunkies like other Jamba Juices tend to leave behind) which meant it was a total hit with the tot. (Also, not a choking hazard.)

I’m only giving three starts because the girl that helped me seemed as if she really didn’t want to be at work and wasn’t very inviting. I know we all have those days but at least greet customers and pretend to want to be there.

I love this place but since they don’t have any watermelon flavors they deserve one star! Please add watermelon to the menu and I will come here more often. Until then I have to go to one of there competitors like nekter and Juice it up! Til next time…

Love going to this Jamba Juice in Vons. I buy groceries there all the time so it makes it easy to get something there too. What I like so much is that, using my Von’s card, every 7^th one is free. Also almost every receipt I get lets me do a survey and get a coupon for buy one — get one free. So I usually get a free one every time.
This trip was even better because I racked up my 7^th Jamba Juice AND I had a coupon as well so I got BOTH my drinks for free. With that deal I couldn’t resist getting larges! The girl behind the counter, Alexis, was new to me but she was super sweet and helpful! I’m sure I’ll be back soon!

My eyeballs were falling out of my face due to a friend who insists on moving every year hit me up once again! Paint and pack paint n pack. I woke up this morning after only sleeping 3 hours and crawl to the kitchen to find out I’m out of coffee!!! I should of known since I’m the only person drinking the stuff but like I said I’ve been sleep deprived for days now. I get in the car and stop at vons for some ice before making my way to my friends once again and what do I see??? JUICE!!! Woohoo this will work so I scan the menu and strike up a conversation about how my eyes are bleeding and my body hurts and need something to make the pain go away. I wish I caught her name she was so friendly. Anyways she made a suggestion, I listened and it was delicious!!! Now I’m kinda a juice snob being a owner of a vitamix and all but this one was right on! Way to go helpful lady who I can’t remember!!!

I went to this Jumba juice location and the lady that helped me was rude. The apples n greens was the drink I got and it tasted like grass with no flavor, it reminded me of nature, but in my mouth. My sister got the strawberries wild and that was very delicious. It was way better than McDonald’s strawberry banana smoothie. My mom got the razzmatazz and that was the best one of the three. It was sweet but sour at the same time it was delicious.

I really hope the manager reads this… I went there during my lunch break and i’m guessing during everyone else’s lunch break too because there was a line and Brooke was there by herself and totally taking charge with a pleasant attitude and a smile on her face. The only reason i am writing this review is hoping for the manager to see what a great employee Brooke is. I’ve been here other times when it wasn’t even busy at all and there were two employees working yet they almost seemed bother to help.

Excellent service and never too busy… hours aren’t as long as regular store… that’s the only bummer… but i’m always up for a jamba juice…
