Aaron is probably the best person to ever happen to me. Of all the people that contacted me through Thumbtack, I felt like he was the only person that read my profile. If you are familiar with thumbtack, people actually have to invest dome financial commitment to get business and respond to any inquiries. I was very specific with what I was looking for in a trainer and his first correspondence with me showed me that he actually read my inquiry, as he gave me suggested readings that he gives his clients and I didn’t even hire him at that point. I have type 2 diabetes and been diagnosed for a while before I hired Aaron. I have a busy work schedule and I knew in order to get my diabetes under control, I needed someone that not only focused on the physical aspects of a work out, but a mental one as well. I was specifically looking for someone that wanted to help me change my LIFESTYLE, not just change my eating habits or work out routine. We’ve been working out since January and throughout the entire time we’ve been working out, he is always encouraging even during the most challenging times and makes sure that he does things right from the get go. There are no cutting corners with this guy and isn’t that what we’re paying for? He’s very aware of what his clients capabilities are and modifies as necessary to ensure that you don’t get hurt. He also knows what my individual needs are as far as nutrition and where my limitations are as far as time. One size does not fit all when trying to maintain health and he helps you figure out what works best for your lifestyle. Logistically, Aaron is ALWAYS on time and will show up where you need him to. He even worked out with me during my lunch hour once because my work schedule was so crazy. You also don’t need to bring any equipment because he has it all. I can ramble off for days about how much I enjoy working with him and I can give you the basics and share that my diabetes is under control only after 4 months. But if I had to sum up my experience with him in one sentence? Well, if you are ready to make lifestyle changes and want to focus on a more holistic approach to health, Aaron is the perfect trainer for you.

A year after surgery, for an inguinal hernia, I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron. Recovery was horrible, along with my diet and other medical issues this made me afraid of exercising and a recurring injury. Aaron was very understanding with my concerns and emphasized the importance of building a healthy foundation to properly heal and improving long-​term health. He even helped me understand my blood test, which has significantly improved since training with him close to a year now. I am healthier and feeling better than ever and truly grateful to have found someone who really has a passion for improving the lives of others.
