Max Meyer came into my home and lied about absolutely everything in order to get me to switch to Direct TV. I’ve complained to Direct TV about him and this company. Now I am dealing with Max’s supervisor, Duane, who told me my refundable deposit was mailed 7 days ago. He will not return or take my calls any longer. When I called the office, they gave me Duane’s number and said he was the only one I could speak to about this. This company is using unethical if not illegal practices and should be run out of town!

We had a very bad experience with these people. They promise you one thing, you sign up, and then they tell you they gave you the wrong price (this after taking your money and keeping it for months). We recommend that you never do business with them. They should lose their license in our opinion.
