I lived near here for over 8 years and just found this place. I came a few days ago to send a package and was welcomed by Michelle with a smile. As I waited, a customer was talking with me and he seemed to be a regular here. I came back a few days after to fax a document and Michelle was here to help me again. Quick service and helpful with other questions I had. Guess this will have to be my go to spot for shipping!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had to get my graduate paper printed and bound. I took in my thumb-​drive with the document on it and they printed /​bound it in a timely manner. Store is located in a strip mall and parking was plentiful.

Horrible. Overpriced, price gouging.
I went to send a small letter, bought the mailer from them, and they wanted to charge me $ 7.00 to mail it 30 miles away.
I left in disgust, drove up the street to the post office on mountain and baseline and they put a stamp on it and mailed it for 71 cents!!!
This place is run by a greedy person that makes sure to gouge you at every step, the employees are great but the management and policies are really out of whack with being a valuable service to the community.
The employees told me themselves that they are trained to send at the highest cost and hide the cheaper option at every turn.
I used to give them my business but for shipping large items (anything larger than an envelope) I go to FedEx/​Kinkos across the street and they are always consistently 40% cheaper on everything.
Now with this last attempt to mail a single envelope I have completely given up on this place.
Save your money. Go elsewhere.

I run a small business and do a lot of shipping. I’ve worked with numerous USPS, fedex, and UPS stores and this particular UPS has the best customer service of all which, truly, makes my job 200% easier. I’ve come in here twice. The first time they helped me choose a box (from a whole lot of size options) and then patiently found the most cost effective way to help me ship. Today, Brianna was helpful and kind — I haven’t had customer service like this in years! Who goes out of their way to help a customer AFTER they are closed? These people. I’m NOT suggesting you come here near closing, but I am suggesting you come here for all your shipping needs ever as it will make the experience so much easier.

Brianna is a customer service angel ! She was genuinely helpful & friendly. She made me feel like my problems and questions were her own ! Best customer service I’ve had in a while ! Thanks girl ! Will be back to drop off future packages.

I needed their help to create a shipping label and pick up from a different location. They didn’t even want to help me and their exact response is «we can’t do that.» Please tell me what a UPS store does then because I’m pretty confused.

I walked in at 4:59 pm, 1 minute before closing on Saturday with a slightly complicated shipping matter– and Evana helped me anyway! I could tell she was slightly annoyed but she got it done. I was so glad I got it taken care of and didn’t have to come back on Monday. Thanks!

Great store love the new remodel. the staff are friendly and helpful .they offer lots of services including notary, P.O. Boxes with a real address so you can get all your packages sent their and they will let you know when it has arrived. They also have live scan and lots of other services. I will be sending all of my holiday packages out with this store.

Eric is AWESOME! we’ve been here twice in the last week, First time was to pick up boxes for Thomas Jefferson to ship his sctuff back down to Mexico and Eric was very helpful then and then today to get measurements and weight estimate for shipping DHL.
Eric was very helpful after 2 strapping gentleman spoke outside the doors while I struggled with 2 DAYUM boxes… Eric heaved them onto the counter and took them back out to my car as well.
DHL is NOT cheap BTW and shipping to Mexico from the states is a nightmare on SO MANY levels let me tell you!!!

This is a relatively nondescript UPS Store. I really like the fact that they have affordable Notary Public services in-​house, and this is why I go here. The NP’s are not always super fast, but they are always pleasant and professional to work with.
They also offer packaging services, post office boxes, mail drop, and UPS pickup.

We’ve had a box there for approx 1 year. When we signed up, they told us the mail is normally out by 11am every day. That has never actually been the case though. We have to call on a daily basis. We are lucky if they mail is out by 3pm. We have our business mail sent there and we are not satisfied with the service they provide. Most of the employees are kind but they are always «too busy» to have the mail put out at a decent hour. The only person that needs to put a smile on her face and be more polite to the customers is Paula. Once they actually lost one of our packages and we told them we never picked it up. They ended up hey found it the next day and we didn’t even get a «sorry for the mix up.»
On a positive note, they provide the service that emails you when you have a package that was delivered for your box number. That is very helpful. Also, their location is very convienent and there’s never a problem with parking.
We would not recommend other people to this UPS store.

Great customer service and fast too. The employees at this location have always been very polite and helpful, providing a praiseworthy level of customer support and service.
This location sells USPS postage, takes UPS packages, has mailboxes, and a USPS drop box.
I recommend going here if you need to do some USPS business and don’t want to deal with the hassle of the USPS, or if you want to ship something UPS and don’t want to deal with the variable quality of service at a Staples or the like.
