Very good place to have fun, get an amazing workout and learning martial arts for all skill levels. This place is full of legit high level instructors teaching MMA, muay thai kickboxing, gi and no-​gi Brazilian jiu-​jitsu. The instructors here are very technical and are constantly providing helpful feedback for self improvement. The daily schedule is jam packed such that each class is offered multiple times a day, every day. So if you miss a class because something came up, you can take the same class the next day. In addition, this gym is kept very clean.

Great place to train!!!
Whether your new or experienced this place will add depth to your current ability. I take the jiu-​jitsu classes and my game has progressed immensely. One of the great facets of this gym is not only the instructors but also the students. No chips on anyone’s shoulder, everyone spars smooth and in control. Also on any given night there are multiple white belts, blue belts, purple belts, and so on. So no matter what the talent level you posses there are challenges.
So if you want to learn the de la heva, x-​guard, rubber guard, butterfly sweeps, or countless choke or body locks try a class, have fun, boost your cardio, and have some fun…

For the past 2.5 years training MMA has been my biggest hobby and favorite thing to do for improving my physical, mental and emotional well-​being. I’m 29 and feel sharper now than, probably, ever before in my life. I am so glad to have found a great gym and teacher, Jamar, who knows how to give quality instruction and explanations. Great group of guys and girls here who all train respectfully and productively. I think I will be training for as long as I’m able for the rest of my life and if you are even remotely interested in trying this type of art, I highly recommend that take action and take your first class now. It might change your life for the better and more significantly than any other workout or hobby you’ve had before.
