Unfortunately I have to agree with most of the people here whom complaints about the lack of customer support. Due to my special needs daughter medical needs, this is the only pharmacy close around that actually does compound medications. My daughter has to have all her seizure meds feed through a feeding tube. Each month I have issues doing refills. Can everyone just learn how to multi task!?! Apparently only one person truly know how to process insurance and each time it takes forever. This is a 9 years old child whom needs these medications. Once you call them, they have you on hold about 20 mins long and nothing is ever taken cared off unless you literally start yelling at them! For a company that deals with medications, you guys need to get your crap together.

Had to go to get a saline solution(but not like a contact solution). The first guy I talked to(and I didn’t get names, oops!) was not helpful at all. He did not walk me to the aisle he just said«if we have it the only place it will be is by the contact solutions» so I asked what aisle and he said«uhhh I think it’s aisle ____» hmm okay, I’ll go venture over there! And I found something but it ended up not being the right thing. I ended up asking the pharmacist and he was extremely helpful and told me exactly where to go and I got exactly what I needed. The product I got works great! I also had something else on my list to find and I asked another lady to help me and she was the sweetest thing! She practically bent over backwards for me to try and find what I needed. It made me so happy because it was late at night(thank God they are open 24 hours!) so I know they were probably exhausted. The cashier was funny, seemed high or something but he made us laugh and kept us happy customers! And that’s all that matter, haha! Overall a good experience!

All three of the girls working in the beauty department ignored me. No one greeted me, asked if I needed any help, or even glanced in my general direction. When I was ready to check out I had to walk over and get their attention. Horrible :(

Welp… I got an awful gift for Christmas and I asked them to scan it to see if it came from there and it did! They gave me full store credit for the hideous item! But what really made me give this a 5 star was the cute young girl at the register so sweet and helpful !!

Blanca is HORRIBLE. She’s mean, rude, condescending, and useless in a healthcare service position. Do not alert me saying my prescription is ready then only give me five days worth when I get there. She yelled at us through the window and was completely callous. No, it’s not a fill if it’s not the full amount. It’s MY prescription and I have a right to it. So if you are out, that’s fine, but let me know so I can go to another Walgreen’s for this one prescription. Instead you’ve lost a customer for all my prescriptions.

Unilocal’s 365 Review Challenge 2014 #346 — #365 This Walgreens is open 24⁄7 so it’s a win win for me! It’s located on Foothill and Mountain across from the 24⁄7 Shell /Subway and they carry slushies. I never had a problem with the customer service except for one employee who is the older man working at night. He just seems bitter and grumpy to be working at Walgreens. I know the night shift can be dreary but just cheer up will yah! They have a drive thru pharmacy and a photo shop. There is always a lot of homeless people waiting outside to ask customers for money for beer or whatever. Shopping here isn’t so bad and customer service is A-Ok.

DONOTBUYMAKEUP from Walgreens… 9.50 for Neutragena Make Up Remover? Hell no!!! Especially when I could get it from Walmart for 6.50? Their prices for makeup products are ridiculous!!! Just get your prescriptions here! The girls in the pharmacy are rude, but you get shorter wait times than CVS at least.
