Walked in to place our order for dinner. No one greeted us for at least 5 mins. Once we ordered and received our food, 2 large pizzas and 4 orders of chicken, we did not get ranch for any of our chicken orders and had to pay 50 cents per ranch which I find to be ridiculous. Nothing was bagged for us and we were not given napkins. And while all employees were busy there was a cook in the back working with his earphones in on his phone making personal calls. The manager on duties name tag said Tyler. Very disappointed and doubt she we will be returning.

I’ve been going to Pizza Hut since I was a little kid growing up in the early mid ‘70s. They are NOT the same which I’m sure makes sense to you. Big corporations come in, and screw things up in the name of profits. Pizza Hut is a fine example of that. But, it’s still the pizza I grew up with, despite being so different from what it once was.
I haven’t ordered from this pizza chain in a very long time, but did so last night. It’s not like I remembered, nor like it should be.
I ordered two Pan Pizzas, since it was a deal they had going. One, pepperoni and sausage, the other beef and onion. The pan pizza here always had a wonderful, buttery, garlicy crust that isn’t there any longer. Sure, the outer edge of the pie has it, but the bottom crust doesn’t. Less money to make and more profits to gain, I“m sure. Left me unhappy and wanting the old way they did it. Meh, times change. Get over it and move on.
It’s a huge chain pizza joint, so was I happy? No, not for pizza love, I was not. But, for not having to make dinner, I was happy. This place is OK for what it is.
It’s a huge corporate pizza chain store, so no, it’s not good pizza. But, it’s better than starving and making your own meal if tired, lazy and hungry and wanting pizza.

Got a large vegetarian pizza. Yes, the veggies were at least fresh far as I could tell. But the quality of pizza is awful. I do not think my complaints here are specific to the Upland location. I think Upland Pizza Hut probably made it properly, but there’s nothing they could have done to make it good because Pizza Hut as a company uses crappy cheese (the kind that burns at the top instead of melts), crappy sauce (way too much pepper in an otherwise bland pizza sauce… totally low quality), and crappy crust which tasted like cardboard. I remember when Pizza Hut used to use quite a bit of oil on their crust, and that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. But dough that is this bland… actually needs that oil, despite the inherent grossness of too much oil.
Pizza Hut needs to go back to real cheese, the kind that that melts, and the kind that is NOT dehydrated to make it last longer in shipping in storage. Unfortunately the trend for all pizza chains now is to use partially dehydrated cheese. Even Round Table switched to this new crappy cheese, so finding a good pizza in the IE is now virtually impossible since Nonno’s went out of business.
This was a disgusting dry, bland, flavorless pizza where the entire accent of taste comes from the over-​peppery sauce. Yes, I like zesty Italian sauce. But this is crap sauce from a can with pepper thrown in to cover up the blandness.
The pizza dough needs more salt, better flour, and more moisture. But not so much moisture that the crispness factor disappears.
This is really a shltty pizza. If you can picture in your mind a piece of cardboard covered in tomato paste and pepper… that’s what this tasted like.
Real pizza lovers do not come to Pizza Hut. I don’t know why I fell for it again. Just stupid hope, I guess.

After my third order from this branch and review some comments, I’m 100% sure that this place would win the first place of messing up customers’ orders competition! Neither workers are good with customers nor their food!

Let me start by saying that to me, all Pizza Hut pizzas are «A-​OK» for me. Ask me about 10 years ago (before they swapped quality pizza for cheaper prices or «gimmick» pizzas with more market appeal) and I would have said I was a HUGE fan.
Anyway, we ordered two medium pizzas, nothing too special about ‘em, just needed to feed the family (the kids insisted on Pizza Hut). I ordered online using the Pizza Hut App and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes (not bad on a weekend afternoon).
My niece and I arrived right on time, only to stand in the store for close to ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged our existence. There’s a little camera, with a television displaying all the lobby’s customers… maybe that same camera should project to a television where employees can SEE how their lobby is filling up.
About half way through our wait time, I actually made eye contact with an employee in the back, who merely looked away and continued talking to another employee (I overheard them talking about whether or not they could honor a coupon… really!!!)
We received our order, paid for it and jumped into the car. «Why did it take so long this time to get our pizza?» asked my niece. I said «I guess they don’t care about keeping hungry customers waiting.» «Next time, can we go to that OTHER pizza place?» (she asked, referring to our «local» pizza joint down the street called Petrilli’s). «You betcha!», I told her. About the only good thing to come out of this trip was that I’m glad I won’t have to do much convincing next time she wants Pizza.

I ordered a pizza and it said it would be here within 30 minutes and I live less than a mile away and it didn’t come. So I called to ask/​complain and the person on the phone didn’t care at all what I had to say and was rude. I had to leave soon so I was getting pretty frustrated because I already paid for the pizza. I hate writing negative reviews but this was just an overall negative experience. I would much rather order dominos, they always deliver on time. Oh and no icing for my cinnastix.

Ordered a pizza on a Friday night and it came out perfect and hot, still steaming! I also got their hot boneless buffalo wings which were juicy and delicious. Martha took my order and was attentive and courteous. Francisco delivered my pizza and wings he was very friendly and got there in no time!

First time coustomer was unable to order they would not accept me paying with debit card because I was a first time customer. Does not any sense!

Went to Pizza hut, totally empty no specials and large Pizza was dollar eleven. Just driving in I had noticed Domino next door offering $ 7 for a large Pizza. So I changed my mind and went to the more cost effective Domino next door.

I Don’t order here too often but when I do the workers here go above and beyond my expectations! I’m always leaving happy. Everyone greets me, theyre all very friendly and my pizza is always delicious!

Ordered two pizzas. One pizza came perfect the other one came with Triple pepperoni! Thanks Pizza Hut!

This place is the worst would give no stars if option, first off they mess up order and don’t even try to correct it … No customer service at all ! I decide to give them a second chance … Told sales associate about my last order and ask not to mess up this time … Yeah right ! … Ordered pizza and wings, and got raw wings ! Raw ! Don’t go here worst place and managers were no help. Bad bad bad

This Pizza Hut is located in Upland but they dont deliver in Upland. I live two blocks away and they said to call the Ontario location. I was going to drop $ 50+ on this location but they turned me down. I took my business elsewhere, to the nearest mom and pop pizza place. I will never bother with this place again, thanks for nothing… jerks

I would give only half of a star if I could I called at 10 o’clock last week (which is the time I get out of work) and they told me they were out of their new pizzas because they close in a hour!.. there’s the problem with your answer, you don’t close for another hour! so it should be available until 11! I called again today same exact answer «we don’t have our new garlic pizzas because we close in a hour» I don’t understand why certain pizzas are only available from open to close shouldn’t they all be especially the new one that’s being advertised all over TV?!? who thinks that that excuse is an okay one? Pizza Hut be very ashamed of yourselves

HOW DO YOU GET AN ONLINE ORDER WRONG? I ordered from here on 3÷14÷2014 online and received the wrong pizza.
My order was for 2 of the hand tossed pizzas, but received 1 hand tossed and 1 thin crust. Seriously I’m paying for the pizza and charges up the ass for delivery, the least these people can do is look at their screen and get my order right. I figured since it was late to not start problems and to just eat it, but the hand tossed straight tasted like cold cardboard. The thin crust tasted a saltine cracker with cheese on it.
The fact that these people couldn’t even get an online order right pisses me off. I could understand messing up a phone order because of miscommunication, but not when the order is right in front of your eyes.

Horrible service, my husband ordered pizza on his way home and got caught in traffic. The guy showed up and I told him I’m so sorry I don’t have the card to show u because my husband ordered it and he’s not home yet. He responded by saying oh
well you can’t have your pizza then. I told him my husband would be there in five minutes he just called and said he was at his offramp, and the guy called me a liar! He said I was trying to steal! Steal 10 dollar pizza?! Lol I said how am I stealing when I’m telling you the card will be here in 5 minutes? He called me a liar again and I told him to take his pizza and get off my property. Then my husband pulled up, showed him the card and still sent him away with his pizza. Manager could not have cared less either. Thanks for nothing

My review isn’t so much for the food as it is for the service, & it wasn’t even my order. A delivery boy parked in front of my office 2 visit the buisness next door. He asked if it’s cool 2 park there & pointed at our ‘no parking’ signs. I said no & reiterated that that’s y the signs are there. Then he called me a ***ch & proceeded to spend the next 3 — 4 min calling me all kinds of names. Seriously just cause I said don’t park in our lot… I called the store & told the mgr who apologized, but still was giggling. This is how you run a buisness? ! I don’t think so. Not even my food or order, but thanks to this it never will be either.

Pizza Hut is my favorite compared to Papa Johns, Little Caesars and Dominos Pizza. The service here is excellent and I never had a problem with my pizza orders, maybe because I always do carry out instead of delivery. LOL
