I sitting in my car with a frowning face because it seems that every time I go to this place (which is not very often) there always seems to be something wrong with my order or the service. This time it was my tater tots last time it was the waiting time and rude service. What’s the deal Wienerschnitzel? Get your shit together!

Terrible service, unable to work their own advertised ap. Unfriendly with no air conditioning!

Most of the time I come here it always takes several minutes to receive my order. Once in awhile I’ll get lucky and get my order in less than 5 minutes.
Just had my worst experience with this place today though. Waited in the drive-​thru between 15 and 20 minutes and when I got home, noticed that one of the items was made wrong. When I tried calling them about it, no one answered. I literally called about 5 times in a row and the phone just kept ringing and ringing! What kind of customer service is that??! Very disappointing.

I just stop by for lunch on my bike and they do not have a place for bikes. I got 5 dogs and med fry. I did not fell welcome at all.
So i payed with my card and the woman was looking at it like she never seen a debt card before. The workers we talking about «urban drama» and me being there its like i was in there way.
I left the store, now im at work and the food has a strong hint of soap or men cologne and ended up throwing half away. I will never come back to this spot.

Never had a problem with this place… ever. I had a hankerin’ for some chili cheese fries. Now, I’m welcoming the heartburn to my belly. It was worth it.

If you really read the reviews, dont listen to the negative ones from a while ago. This location is under new ownership and has improved tremendously. I stopped coming here for a while until I was told about the changed. The staff is good and will actually come by the tables and take your trash and ask if they can help with anything else. The young dude Robert is a good worker. He handled everything perfectly. I even noticed the lady in charge working very hard cleaning and not just leaving it to the workers. Like I said, a big difference from before.

1÷30÷15 @ 1:16pm– Robert and Teasha were very short staffed and held themselves extremely professional and timely to not only the drive-​thru but also the many dining customers at hand. BRAVO for all the efficiency and hard work! Your VERY much appreciated and many other diners were very thankful and saw your professionalism displayed at all times! ((Applause)) there needs to be more customers who appreciate what you do each and everyday! I WILL HAPPILY RETURN AS A HAPPY CUSTOMER

It is wienerersnitzel not Ruth criss. Same wonderful Chlie cheese dog. It has a indoor dinning room service is quick & accurate. The staff are
is clean. What more can you ask. Unlike another reviewer I did not not the staff to be «Meath heads» that were employed at a fast food chain and in uniforms. This location has a tasty freez as well I did not try any but watched a Sunday prepared it looked good. I did try the dessert pear lemonade that is a nice option.

So I’m hoping this is the one located on foothill blvd next to grand burger. HORRIBLE SERVICE! How is this place still open? Walking in I see the two employees sitting in the back on their phones. –1 star. Chick that was helping me was extremely rude and looked super unhappy to be there. –3. Then, she began to close down the dining room slamming and dragging the chairs! Lastly, after her taking the trash out I asked of I can bother her for a cone before I left. The damn girl didn’t wash her hands! Super disgusting. I did t even bother to ask for a refund. –4! 1star because I have to to write this review! Never going back again! I work in food industry and yeah, it sucks sometimes but you’re not getting paid for nothing! Super disgusting and horrible service. NEVER AGAIN!

This place sucks not coming back slow service and lousy customer service… Thumbs down. this place reeks.

I like Wienerschnitzel in general and patronize them in several areas. I always get ranch dressing to dip my curly fries in, but this particular restaurant chooses to charge 43 cents for a tiny container of it. None of the other 5 Wienerschnitzels that I have been to in the area do, so I guess I won’t be headed back to this one in the future.
Ironically, they would give me as much mustard, ketchup, salt & pepper as I wanted without charge… I guess those don’t cost anything for them to give out, just the Ranch dressing… lol… 43 cents just lost them a customer… Lunacy?
Seems like this Wienerschnitzel is penny wise and pound foolish — especially about their customer service and customer satisfaction. I must say that the workers were efficient, friendly, and had good appearance.
Everything else was fine, but charging for a particular condiment is just a slap in the face. My total bill, by the way, was $ 12.49, so it’s not like it was a tiny sale or anything… Just saying… ;-) Just down the road (in either direction) are other Weinerschnitzels that don’t do this… Go there instead.

Uncomfortably low volume of speaker in a drive-​through, extremely disorganized and slow service. Forgot to include items and messed up the order. Don’t use gloves– handle money and the next second touch food with the same hand. And the milkshake is way too sweet even for my sweet tooth.

Clean seating area, great service with a smile sometimes, it’s a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ with the staff they have there. Food is cooked fast and brought out hot.

Terrible service! I canceled my order cuz the manager on duty, that was taking our order clearly didn’t want to be bothered by our presence, and we were the only people in the drive thru and the walk in was closed cuz it was after 10pm.
AVOID THIS LOCATION!

SO the chick that works at the drive thru window looks like a meth head.
–She complimented my nails and told me she needed to get hers done cause her MAN is coming home on Saturday. and she wasn’t referring to coming home from active duty if you know what im sayin…
she forgot my Chili dog-​even though i paid for it…
so my boyfriend had to go inside to get it and he said they seemed as if they just took a hit. they keep snortin up somethin’ and it aint their boogers let me tell ya.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered the 5 for $ 5 and asked for them to leave the chili off of a few of the chili dogs for my 4-​year-​old. The girl (who turned out to be the shift manager!!) said they couldn’t do that. They HAD to put the chili on the dogs, or she would have to charge me for a plain hot dog. So let me get this straight… you’re going to charge me MORE money to not scoop your mediocre chili onto the hot dog?!? MAKES NO SENSE! I’m done with them! Do not visit this location, unless you like being treated poorly or you like dealing with people incapable of logical thinking!

Avoid this place like the plague. Only thing worse than the burnt mini corn dogs is the customer service. Drive thru cashier doesn’t know the menu & they still advertise items they don’t carry. This was the third chance to provide food you could eat & learn how to talk to customers, even though we are an interruption to their business. I forgot, we are their business. Pass them by.

went cuz coworkers wanted to go for the deal they have.
service was bad… and they had overcharged my coworker by like $ 2 dollar and she wouldn’t admit her mistake…
think people go for the cheapness more so over quality of the food
