I called here because I was in need of emergency dental work/​pain relief. I called on a Saturday and Dr. Kara Fraiman called me back promptly. She was very nice on the phone, asked the right questions and was very helpful. She told me she could meet me at her office to take a look at me and prescribe different medication to take care of my pain. This is where my experience went downhill. First, she told me she would meet me at 1:30 at her office. She knew I was in pain and was going out of my way to get there and had to have someone drive me due to my condition. I texted her 10 minutes early to tell her I had arrived and she did not respond. I then called her 30 minutes later to see if she was on her way and it went to her voicemail. After sitting there in pain for almost an hour, she finally decided to text me back. Here’s the real zinger… she told me she was stuck in the city and WOULD NOT be able to meet and would be happy to see me Monday morning. Talk about inconsiderate and unprofessional! After this experience I would never trust her care or recommend her to anyone.
