We are proud owners of a brick house in 19 147. Problem is we’ve never owned a brick house before. Recently, we noticed some water damage at the corner of an exterior wall. We saw Tom’s truck on our street, so we asked him to give us an estimate. Then we asked him to price out a few other things like raising the back patio wall and venting the microwave.
Well, I have to say his price was fair; his knowledge was apparent and this all matched the Angie’s List emblems on his truck. He scheduled a date, then actually CALLED a few days ahead to tell us he was going to be delayed! This is unheard of in Philadelphia, in my experience.
So, now he’s done most of the work and I can’t say enough good things about him and his crew. They are good at what they do. They are fast. They work the whole time they are here. They clean up after themselves (which is very important on a small side street!). And they wear booties when they come into the house :)
