Fancy Nails II

Van takes his time and does an excellent job on my nails. My nails never break and he even finishes the service with a hand massage. However, the lady who closes the transaction is always adding on random additional charges to my service. Van explained to me cut down is an additional charge, which I understand. However, I keep my length and to be charged every fill in for medium length nails/​coffin shape is ridiculous. I always get gel polish with no designs. Van will charge me one thing and she’ll add $ 5-​$ 10 on my bill.

Okay I got my gel manicure Monday. Friday I come in because my nails became all bubbly and dis colored and it’s not a mood color so I tried to ask them what they could do…
The woman sat me down and as I asked the woman literally got up out the chair and walked away … Idk what had just happen, the other customer said «that was strange»
That point it was clear she went to the back in a full salon so I asked the other tech if they could fix it and they said «we don’t know what you did to them at home» lol as if I could change the chemical reaction in a polish? Done, they were rude.

Beware of the sloppy work of this salon. They do not clean under you nails, they do not push back and trim cuticles, they do not steralize their utensils between customers (I am suspect that all the associates are licensed to do their work).
If you want a manicure without tips, or fake nails — forget this place. They will take a course file, rub it back and forth on your nails (a no no), it will make your nails split.
If you want some simple request, ie, I want all my nails the same length, and rounded —-you won’t get it.
Find another salon — this one is at the bottom of the barrell

Very unprofessional, rude & a rip off! Can’t blame language barrier as issue. I only let the male techs service me.

Been here a few times. Just ok service. Got a lumpy fill in once, crappy paint job today. BUT they are quick once they finally get started. Oh and I got 3 different prices on eyebrow threading. No way it’s $ 12 for bottom of the brow and $ 15 for the whole thing! Dude at the door told me $ 9…Found someone on Unilocal for cheaper and waaaaay better reviews. May not come here again.

The owner refused to serve me when I returned to have them take off and complete my undone nails.

I have been going to this salon for about 9 months. Snow does my nails. She does a very good job with my eyebrows, chin wax, manicure and pedicure but she is «very rude» sometimes and I think I may stop going to see her. I got my nails done by Snow last week. My issue is that there have been several times where she starts speaking in «her language» (I think Chinese or Vietnamese) to the people around her and I know she is talking about me because they all start looking at me. Sometimes it’s just her husband that she talks to but I can tell by her tone of voice that she is talking about me. It makes me VERY uncomfortable and it is VERY RUDE. I hope the manager of this salon sees this review and has a conversation with the workers about that. They need to either speak in English or at least wait until customers leave before they start. I have heard them talking about other customers as well so it’s not just me.

I recently started going to see Snow for my services. She does everything well! I love my nails and eyebrows and she gives a great pedicure too.

I been going here for over 10 yrs! They take good care of me! Facility is clean and the staff are nice! I go to Snow! Very accommodating!

The absolute worst gel manicure I have ever received! Every gel manicure I’ve had has lasted at least 2 weeks. By the 3^rd or 4^th day the polish was already lifting around the edges.

Not impressed. I had to ask multiple times to have my cuticles addressed. Did not soak my hands for mani long enough. I like to sit back and relax but. I had to keep my eye out to make they were doing a good job. I will never come here again. Oh, way over priced. 37 $ for what?!
