While the eye doctor at this location is professional, informative and has a great way with patients, the store is absolutely horrible. I ordered my glasses. It took 2 weeks. They were beautiful but they left two long screws on the inside of the rimless frames that were really close to my eyes. I took them back, the lady in the store snipped the screws. Two weeks later, the glasses literally fell apart. I took them back because I has purchased a warranty, on December 30, 2013. It is January 29, 2014 and I still do not have my glasses. The service is horrible. The receptionist, a position that changes personnel frequently, can be seen using social media on her phone, listening to rap music in the store on any given day. Stay away from this store! Lenscrafters of something else is much better.

So I came to Visual Eyes for my yearly eye exam and to get some new glasses. I must say that the doctor that I saw was very informative and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and very personable. She is only there on Friday’s because the regular optometrist is off. The person who helped me picked out my glasses was very friendly as well but the person that sits at the front desk and answers the phone is VERY rude and for this reason I’ll probably will not be back. I was the first appointment of the day and I arrived 9 mins early before opening time I think of 10am. The door was not open so I just stood outside and waited for the 9 minutes. No need of going to another store there wasn’t that much time. The person at the front saw me standing there but didn’t open the door until the store actually opened, which is fine. I’ve been to businesses and have waited at the door before. The problem was her attitude and how I guess she felt some type of way that I was waiting for her to open the door. She was not friendly or warming at all. Not a good impression for a business that is trying to attract new customers or even retain the ones they have. My appointment was about two weeks ago and I called the store to inquire about the status of my glasses. She stated that they have arrived a week ago and that someone had called me. I told her that I did not get a call. She looked through my records and basically said that I have 3 numbers on file and she called everyone of them. WTF! I know that’s a lie because why didn’t anyone leave a message on any of my three numbers! To sum it up, I will be picking up my glasses and I will take my business else where.
